- A couple is about to celebrate their future child’s gender reveal. Everyone gathers around the lovebirds to watch them pop the balloon with the note inside. But as the expecting mother does so, she finds a piece of paper with “I’m infertile” written on it.

I would have said that we can do a DNA analysis on the babies & the alleged biological father.
