Well this video exploded by a lot; the RUclips algorithm might be in this video's favor lol
But anyhow I'm addressing some concerns with this video:
    - As much as I'd like to add them since they had the title of empires, I didn't consider Brazil and Mexico as "great empires" the same way other empires in this video were. For me, they were mostly regional powers at best, and didn't exert as much global influence. Sorry to my Brazilian and Mexican viewers. This also applies to Ethiopia, Korea, and other monarchies that were not considered great empires. But anyhow you can watch the anthem of the Empire of Brazil in my Brazil: Anthem History video and I'll make a separate video about Mexico soon.
    - There are quite a number of people looking for other great empires such as the Roman Empire and the Mongol Empire. The only major issue is that they didn't have an anthem. The concept of an anthem is fairly modern (which explains why most of the empires in this video are modern), and the mentioned empires are too ancient. Not going to use related "theme songs" because they were never anthems of those great empires, and the songs used in this video are either de facto or official national/imperial anthems of the respective empires.
    Anyway, enjoy the video! 😊

      Very Good. Interesting presentation.
Musical record of Political BS and Prevailing ruling class Propaganda.
Some lyrics are pathetic, but were taken seriously at those times.
      -
      One suggestion.
Polish - Lithuanian Commonwealth Anthem _ is much too slow in this version, [a dirge for whom ?]
Next time - This prayer - at 2x speed.
"Gaude !" - Rejoice ! It is a prayer of thanks for Victory !

God save the queen/king´s melody became very popular everywhere in the 19th century, it was seen as an anthem of monarchy and etc, and in the end the melody was good and easy to sing, things wich made it popular even among common people.
It was used for some time in Austria , Germany, The UK, Russia ( i think ) and about all morchies had a version of God save the King in their own language, including Brazil all the way down in the Americas.

Also, the real anthem of the french monarchy is Domine Salvum Fac Regem, Vive Henri IV is more of a folk song in honor of one of our best kings. Very good work otherwise, keep it up !

There is a false information in the video description. Poland-Lithuania didn't try colonization. Only one who did it was Duchy of Kurland, her vassal state, in the XVIIth century. But the Polish king most probably didn't even know about it.
Even if he knew, we can't consider the try to colonize as a Polish-Lithuanian initiative. Poland-Lithuania already had much problems in the XVIIth century, i.e.: Sweden, Russia and Turkey. Why would they try to create a global colonial empire?

United Kingdom...sorry *United Pirates* conquered uninhabited deserts and snowy steppes with a couple of Indian tribes as inhabitants. Spain, however, created an empire over great civilizations with large cities and millions of inhabitants, like the Roman Empire.

Largest Empire in history with the best navy and responsible for the Industrial Revolution. The British Empire truly was impressive especially if you see how tiny the British isle are compared to the enormous nations like Canada, and Australia.

A few centuries of ruthlessness , a good stock of rifles while your opponents have spears and stone axes and a mindset of superiority will do that. As much as I admire the british empire there should only be one empire the Human empire All races religions and creeds united against whatever unknown threat may come from the darkness . And none of this social classism and inbreeding like the hapsburgs, yes im talking to you Francis. ( Francis 1st emperor of the Holy Roman Empire.) These bring despair and genetic disease and parasites such as the bourgieous and nobles only make humanity weak.

It is wrong the hymn of the Spanish Empire, the hymn that you have put is the one of the Kingdom of Spain at the present time, the march of grenadiers appears for the first time in 1761 and until the middle of 1800 it was not the hymn of the country.
