I do it all when get home bud, I’ll do some editing in the day when get some down time to save time but it’s rendered and uploaded when back home as I have decent internet - if I uploaded using my phone as a hotspot it would take 3 days 🤣 When I do them in 1080hd it normally takes 10min to render and 10 to upload so a lot faster
@@Life_of_Darren Wow yeah it’s a massive difference then from 1080 to 4k.. Can you upload at 2160k and not the full 4k as a nice inbetween or do you think that would take just as long.. Filming in 4k too will proper eat into your storage 🙈
How do Darren, has the company you work for thought about truck tags for M6 toll. Our company has them, mind you we have to use them wisely cus at £15.90 each time you use it it soon mounts up, save alot of time though bypassing Birmingham and Walsall.
I think they have done and if the traffic’s too bad we can use it and claim back, as I was planned for a night out I didn’t use it in the morning and on the way back I diverted up a50 to avoid Birmingham as its always a nightmare in the afternoons

As the video was coming to a close at Uttoxeter you mentioned the sunset and being in your own bed, you were just going to pass JCB's world parts centre, a few seconds later you pass a JCB trailer on R.F. Ellis's unit. A great video Darren really enjoyed it, but just imagine how long this comment would have been if I hadn't skipped some to get it done in my break! P.S. So you start 4:30 and finished around 7:30 or so… do you repeat the same thing the next day, what I mean by that is do you get up early to get into work for 4:30 etc? I’m due to start soon so want a fair idea of the industry and different roles
It’s not always a 15 hour day, it might be one every other week. It’s average 12hr days. In regards to start times it depends on where I’m delivering too. If local it could be a 8am start but if travelling distance you need to beat the traffic and start around 4/5am

Please just use Dash cam on road view and outside mirror view for backups I don't like when you are driving and the camera is on you
U could put the camera near the passenger side then u see the full truck of u driving
