This song made me imagine a human leading the monsters to the surface and visiting every village on their adventure without living in the underground forever. I can't handle imagining it because this song is just warming my heart every second.
I feel like this is the music that plays once you grow old and peacefully die, and the climax of the music is just you reuniting with long lost loved ones that you’ve spent years grieving over during your days on Earth, and now everyone you have loved and lost is reunited together in heaven. Bro it gave me chills just fantasizing about that while listening to this amazing cover.
Oh. My. God. The introduction is so astounding. The whole segway into bells and piano sounds like the true delight of monsters knowing they are finally free. This truly sounds like this could be in a cinematic soundtrack for how beautiful this all is. Thank you Karū.

Frisk probably became a legend among the monsters; the angel sent from above to free them from their tomb, celebrated in song for generations to come, much in the same way Ocarina of Time's Link had become a legend by the era of Wind Waker.

Now I want a fangame set several centuries/millenia after Frisk freed the monsters.
@@abdillahahmad7025 there could be a segment in it similar to new home that would be the monsters telling you the legend of the fallen child.
the meaning of the "angel" prophecy can change depending on your route. it states that "the one who has seen the surface will return, and the underground will go empty." in the true pacifist route, asriel dreemurr absorbs all of the monsters' souls, making the rest of the underground empty. in the geno route, frisk/chara kills all of the monsters in the underground

Oh wow, this is not what I was expecting the bonus track for me considering how little it is in comparison to some of the others on the ost, but I’m here for it. What an emotional piece
How little, while being how big. Reunited is quite literally filled with every emotion in the whole game.
I am sobbing, a trembling, snotting mess over how beautiful this is! This brings back such an intense wave of emotions and memories from undertale, I don't think I could ever express just how much that game means to me. This is beautiful, utterly heart aching and enchanting

@@skywardmusic8832 oh yeah he said something like that about deltarune, it's hard to have your creation become this big and mean this much to so many people, that pressure would be a lot. Still tho, I'd love a little bit more of undertale, another 5 minutes just to be in that world again. It's not gonna happen, and I'm okay with that, but I can still hope :))

You feel the breeze deep within you. The sun dips over the horizon, cradling the earth in its warm embrace. You can see the flowers upon flowers upon the roses that climb beyond what you can see, yet the trees are bathed in such light; you can feel Toriel's grasp on your shoulder, sans deep gaze, smiling at the sun. You can see Asgore smile, you can see the delight in papyrus eyes. You can even see the tears on Asriel's face as you smile, the nostalgia taking over you, and you suddenly feel your face being oddly wet. You smile as tears trickle down your face. And as you look at the sun once more, you realise the memories of determination, love, bond with everyone: is the significance of one of the best games ever: Undertale.

It looks and sounds like an emotional happy ever after... until you remember that many of these characters have canonically tried to murder a small human child and steal their soul in the name of committing genocide on the human race. Just look at what happened on the previous six children that fell into the underground.
