As a south african i agree that winning by 1 point is lucky Winning by 1 point 2 matches in a row is coincidence Winning by 1 point 3 games in a row is simply a better team winning because of the small margins
As a south African I look at your logic in thinking and know that there's more brain power in sheep's balls than in your skull. Margins are not tight unless your struggling to overcome opposition. Ur iq is low
@navinpatel5688 ABs literally got better without cane on the field Also you can't blame us that you had the worst discipline of the entire tournament and still can't tackle
@Forest9528 yeah I get that. My point was , playing against a team down a man I would have expected a world champion team to win by more than just one piont
Crazy that Saffas think passing the ball is "playing like the AB's" thats just normal rugby for every team except for the Boks mate..good to see you get a Kiwi in there to teach you how to play it though!
@@alistairclifton1286 None of your current players were even born then mate, running rugby is completely foreign to them, why else hire a NZ coach if the IP still existed.
Look at Toney! Good Framing from the off! Excellent work. Saw a nice doorbell cam video, where a delivery dude comes up to the door as the homeowner comes out and she gets a major fight, and the delivery dude says "I'm not OJ"... They both laugh for a solid two minutes! That was kinda wholesome and funny!
No such thing as destiny. What SA did showed they were the most focused, never-say-die, bloody-minded and disciplined team there. An enormous mental and physical feat.
A one off one point win is luck. Three one point wins in successive weeks is a sign of true grit and determination. Watch that Salt intake, tiny, sorry, i mean, Tony.
That's most likely true. Unfortunately it's not good enough to over turn the on field decision. That's why it's so important to make the right on field call. This isn't the first time it's happened, there have been other calls (nick Berry comes to mind) that were made wrong, one can infer from the footage that the call was wrong, however it doesn't clearly show enough evidence to overturn the on field decision and so the incorrect decisions stands. Its very likely that Lowe was in touch, but it wasn't 100% clear. And who's to say what would've happened after in any case? Springbok lineout in Irelands 22, try just disallowed... Good chance we score anyways. I don't think anyone ever will be completely happy with any team of officials, and that's just rugby unfortunately.
Back in my high school days as soon as you touch the ball as a half back it’s game on they need to bring this back and speed up the game I’m more excited to watch 12 minute highlights than the hole thing and I love the all blacks

One thing I did like was seeing online just after the first scrum with the bomb squad a load of people saying "bomb squad diffused" and things like that, just for the bomb squad to get a penalty try later in the game. Something about never celebrate early comes to mind.
We dont forgive you Tony.. Anyways, loosies in the tram lines is very Stormers. We've played this attack before but it lends to tries going against us so we abandoned it. This weeks game is gonna be tasty! Go Bokke! 🇿🇦🏆🏆🏆🏆 🤜🏽🤛🏽
Have to say, that might have been my favourite 'gets distracted' one yet. Not sure I've enjoyed people discussing an england loss as much as that before.
The viewership numbers for womens origin were 100% free to air. Stan Sports doesn't report viewership numbers, and my guess would be at least a quarter of rugby fans would be on Stan to avoid the ads.
Men's and Women's Origins are mid-week when most people are home and glued to their TV as opposed to Saturday night when people are out. Also helps when Nine floods their channel with wall-to-wall Origin/League adulation whereas the only peep a general audience hears about Rugby is that "the game is dying" despite how buoyant and growing it is in most markets. If you tell people something's rubbish often enough they'll start to believe you. It's almost as though Rugby's TV deal is coming up and it would suit them and Fox for the price to be as cheap as possible.
@@JTAIT-b7g That’s based on my assessment of his first test match. He could prove me wrong. I wasn’t being arrogant at all, I was stating my opinion based on current data.
One thing I will say about the Boks game, Cheslin's try should've been chalked off. There was a replay where you can clearly see the ball brush James Lowe's leg on the way in when his foot was on the ground. Thank goodness Ben Whitehouse's incompetence for once swung the SA way. I thought Connor Muarray's try should've been called back too. Finlay Bealham made an offload off the ground after he rolled three or four times after the tackle. But that's me probably splitting hairs at this point.
Easy 3 points very kickerble once im thinking about when its on offer... what real improvement can be put in place so the kickers dont run out of time ... seeing ABs just win by a point could easily be by 4 just a better edge to avoid loosingvby 2 incase a convenient drop goal by the oppsition in dying seconds and regret for 4 years or how many more tears it takes For the same team to play world cup final in that case for argument sake...i yave other thoughts on it...lets see what others believe
Luck is a funny thing. If a kicker kicks it over it's NOT luck. When it hits the post and goes over... lucky... when it hits the post and does not go over... unlucky. Skill and luck are two sides of the same coin. Funny life this.. All Blacks could have won the World Cup except for some luck.... bounce of the ball luck, Eben not knocking it on deliberately luck... just some luck.
Reason i say that coz you tboth talk about lucky..... to win the game... 4 points wont sound lucky than...winning by 8 points gives the team 1 converted try buffer equally 4 point lead gives a drop goal buffer... these dayys every coaches talk about the common line justvthat little margin stuff type of talk

The South African anthem was hands down the best one I've ever heard!
As an Aussie, DMac getting timed out was cathartic.
Jame Lowe should have been MOTM with 3 assists (although only 1 for Ireland) & one disallowed try! 🙂

And a fair bit of luck - namely ref decisions
Tony the ball changes direction whilst Lowes foot is still on the ground.
His hand changed the direction
