In our country not many understand the power of korg. They just go for easy method of playing and choose Yamaha. Yamaha is for novice players while korg is for professionals in my opinion. As i see korg has 128 oscillators with which we can create sounds with much punch where as in Yamaha it is just one layer of sound in one oscillator. It is up to one to choose the board. both boards are good for people with no much knowledge about sound creation and adding depth to the sound. In one line i can tell the difference between Yamaha and korg: The OS is easy on Yamaha while OS on korg is deep!" And needs to search and research. Even korg pa 300 is fully editable board with 2.1 update. All my friends sold Yamaha boards and bought korg pa series.
