when i meal prep i make chicken, steak, salmon and tilapia, then i put in a type of veggie and then i’ll make like the 90 second bags of rice. sometimes sweet potatoes, and i’ll put it all in a freezer bag, but separated like into meals, put it in the freezer bc it lasts longer and then i have different meals. it’s really good and gives you a super awesome variety of meals
Claudia you need a cart/wagon to transfer your trash downstairs! They have them on Amazon. It also helps bring loads of groceries from your car in one trip! (All assuming your apartment has an elevator) Like so she can see! Love you Claudia!! 🤍

Oh shit, forgot i have two grey hairs in the side of my head now. It's weird to think "Are the twenties really gonne? Was that it?", but at the same time you feel that you're in the best part of your life and it is just starting. Weird feel is how i would describe it, but as weird as turning 25. I'm still 28 atm so nothing to worry about!
