- We’ve relocated from the UK to Sicily. Bought a ruin and hope to move in over the next few months. This episode - cleaning our Sicilian ruin begins! Started with the entrance so a little less depressing whenever we walk through the front doors. We hope to add more content each week so that our friends and family can follow us on our journey to renovate and move into our home in the historical centre of Mazara del Vallo, Sicily - The Arabic quarter known as the Kasbah. Maybe because I live in Canada, West part of Canada, I think it’s the most heavenly place. I can never understand why people go to Europe to tackle the mammoth ruins I just can't imagine putting my self through that.
The home looks amazing. My question is, why is the framing of your footage blurred out on each side?

I think that is the framing required for Instagram. I find it hard to watch, but that’s just me. One other hint for those new to creating videos, is to move the camera more slowly and pause periodically as you pan around.

I would say about the 80k mark. Can’t give an exact price as I purchased three parcels of property. But for 0:02 the main floor in the videos and garden this would be a fairly good estimate. You can get much cheaper if you’re willing to put the effort in. Or have skills.
Spray some water when there is a lot of dust and particles in the air.
