this part right here motivated me to go and try cycling. three months earlier, i couldn't even last a single kilometer, but now I'm about participate in a local race. i'm very thankful to this anime for showing me why cycling is very fun.
so that race was last December 18, I didn't get in the top 10, but I ended up in 15th place, and that's good, considering I was basically a newbie in racing, and we all used mountain bikes, which isn't as fast and aerodynamic as road racing bikes. I definitely went through a lot of climbs, but tried to pedal through how Onoda did, and it worked out okay.
I love this anime. I’m not normally a sports anime watching person, but I love this one. I like the themes of teamwork. Respect for others. Even when there are team rivalries, there is still respect

These spoilers won't matter anymore because the English translation stopped at chapter 550. In other words, I tried my very best to understand the context of the manga panels because I can't read japanese writings💀.

sakamichis mama is pure chaos😅😅 i love the fact that onoda treats his mission seriously. like he doesnt even consider crossing the line himself. he just wants to help everyone and thats what makes him happy. its nice to see something like this every ones in a while. i just want onoda to be happy thats why i want him to win inter high for the last time
The fact that onoda wins this interhigh with his only first try, dont forget about his bike that its just from a scratch normal road bike and he wins with it hahahahaha
