it's bittersweet when my father arrived, leaving my mom behind because of paperwork complications in immigration in PH, they should've been together celebrating w/ me. But yes i take that I'm daddy's girl ever since 😆😅
This made me Vietnam so much! I was there for two weeks! And the places you drive through were super familiar. The road leading to the church, the one beside the city hall bldg. I always pass by that road and somehow became so nostalgic to me. Will visit Vietnam again soon!

Glad you had a lovely Holiday and that you got to visit with your father! Also, Nguyen Hue Walking Street is the place to be in Ho Chi Minh City! Nagda-drive naman po ang dad ko ng motor dito (with license), kaso ang fear ko.. baka po manibago siya sa traffic situation d'yan, hahaha. Baka malokaaa siya sa sobrang daming motoooor! HAHAHA! Happy New Year to you, Ena. I have a question, is it possible to exchange Philippine Peso in Vietnam? Or is it better just to exchange USD?
Not Ena, but USD is always the best bet. Couple words of advice: best exchange rates can be had with $50 or $100 USD bills that are pristine - no tears, not worn, as close to new as possible. Also, look on RUclips for best places to exchange. Avoid currency exchanges in airports, for example. Enjoy yourself!
