  • With this ninth video project we introduce our first form that is initially taught to our students, Saam Bow or Three Steps. It is considered as our martial arts entry routine, used to practice footwork, hands, body method, energy, strength and explosive force. Correct footwork and body method produces strength and explosive force inherent in our martial art. It lays a solid foundation for gaining further knowledge in the other forms. This form belongs to the Hakka Lee Gar Gao patrimony from our line of descent. It was passed down from the grandson of our founder Lee Tith Ngaw to Chau Fei Hung, who passed it on to Chen Wai Chung in Hong Kong. Finally, Kong Han Lei learned the Lee Family Fighting style from his Sifu Cheng Wai Chung, and brought the art to Belgium.
In this videoclip Kong Han Lei's successor demonstrates the basic form.
