loved you sharing your tika masala recipe! I would cover the rice to help cook it faster.... but just keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn at the bottom.
Glad you enjoyed! When I make turmeric rice for some reason when I cover the pot too early it always burns the bottom layer so I find that boiling most of the water out and then steaming on low is the way to go. Not a grain burnt!
Oh T-bone. Someone likes to use shoes as chew toys. Lol Great haul Dee, I picked up the purple Fila runners. FYI.. I went to costco today and they will no longer be selling books. I was lucky they still had the kids grade curriculum books in with the school supplies. They also still had a magazine rack. Enjoy the rest of the summer.

Our dog turned 4 last Friday. His favourite game is fetch. Doesn’t matter what toys we buy him, everything is to be used for fetch. Have a good week. See you on Thursday.
