It's not that I am scared..just think this kinda things should not be messed with and if so with good guidance and someone with you...not with guidance by meditation..but thats my humble opion...had a near death experience once..that for me is enough haha

I was nervous but blessed my experience to God ....fell asleep before the end.
What I envisioned was a beach and then appeared two sofas together in the shape of ying and yang. I was on the white sofa and you came along and sat on the black sofa. You were talking. After that...well, i fell asleep very quickly. Thankyou!! ✌😊

@@craighansen3031 Thank you. Before I read your advice I just knew that ‘surrendering’ is my biggest barrier. You just confirmed that for me. I have AP as a child without realizing what I was doing and now as an adult I’m struggling to free myself from the physical.

I just did this. I met a guy named Dave who was listening to this too. He was in his room. He had dark oak looking headboard, bureau and night table. His room was painted a soft gray color and he had white blankets on his bed. He had a dark brown, fairly large dog laying towards the foot of the bed. We did not talk but somehow I *knew* his name was Dave. IDK... I am going to try it again.
I'm curious why Dave still keeping quiet here?

Grey Virus so true. I am very blessed when it comes to necessities although frankly I would be happy to give up a few meals and my tech just to be able to connect with friends who understand me and I can be open to and vise versa. Oh well I suppose I’ll keep my tangible goods as a point of thankfulness as a response to my spiritual and emotionally empty table.
I tried this last night. I woke up this morning, my eyes instantly burst into tears. I “dreamt” (or something) that I was with my friend Bill again, who died a few years ago after a long battle with cancer. He used to astrally project. He’d tell me about many different times, years before I’d ever attempted any of this myself! Anyways, We were on a ship of some sort with lots of other people around us, that we didn’t talk with too much, and we just laid together like the last time I ever saw him, about a year before he passed away. I am overwhelmed with emotion right now, as I type this, but I sincerely thank you for this. Whether it was just a dream or.. whatever it was... I felt like I was with him again in real life, either way. So, thank you.

Wow, I’ve always believed in self induced lucid dreams just never managed to make it work until now, I climbed the ladder but still felt as if I was in my physical body but went along with it, I looked around and saw a girl my age climbing a ladder aswell, when I got to the top I tried to make sure I was dreaming and stay aware of my surroundings, i then remembered the girl and headed in her direction to find her, it was a beautiful blonde girl the same age as me surrounded in a pink mist/fog with butterflies, I approached her and she hugged me and then walked off, I then remembered that I was dreaming and was out of my body and went to move my physical body but couldn’t so I ran back to ladder, climbed down and layed in my body, after that I was able to move and sprung up. Overall 10/10
Been trying to do astral travel for a while, perhaps the last year, this was a good one, just before I left my body, I felt like I was on a boat gentle rocking side to side, then all of a sudden my whole physical body went numb. I climbed up the ladder, I saw people climbing too but in the distance, 1 person looked Indian heritage but couldn’t see anything detailed.
Once I got through the clouds, it was very blurry, I kept seeing shadows of people’s faces but nothing detailed again. Eventually I was on a beach but in a sunset. I saw this woman that looked quite similar to Natalie Imbruglia, but I’d say a little thinner facial features, dark brown hair and dark brown eyes, she was just prancing around on the beach, wanting to dance, she seemed happy, I was happy but also like what the hell is going on. She reassured me that it was ok and I’d get better at it, her name was martha. She gave me a hug and it was very vivid, I could feel her in my arms. She said just relax. Then a guy called James came over, blondey ginger, curly hair, he was really laid back, tall, thin and just always laughing, he seemed pretty excited, he shook my hand, he looked like he knew martha. I then said I was going. They said bye and I climbed back down into my body, all of a sudden instead of being overwhelmed like I was when I was first climbing up the ladder, I felt like it was no big deal and like it was completely normal
I did this last night, i dreamed that i was lying in the grass and flowers surrounded me, i opened my eyes and i saw a beautiful butterfly, i follow it then it rested in a boy shoulder, he looked at me and smiled, it was short but beautiful experience, thankyou Christian ❤️

In case no one told you any hallucinogen will block the ability for 2 weeks. Tried many times. Although I can certify a drug a can OPEN your mind , they can not take you any further than, under the influence.

Hi Christian, don't know if I met any one all I know is that about ten minutes into your wonderful video I was asleep. I slept like a baby that has a full belly and a clean diaper. Never heard a thing until 8 am. Thanks for all your videos. Will be listening to this one again tonite.
i was spinning so fast wow imaging that i was flying with angels, it was a beautiful feeling and all of a sudden my house phone rang, never mind. practice makes perfect. merry christmas to you all. merry christmas christian x
I just felt like I was floating on a cloud above the Italian countryside... passing everyone else gathering but laying on my back and just slowly floating along. Warm and silky breeze. My body goes completely numb and I am disconnected but still can't "see" or physically detach. Working on it!

I met a young man named Shelton, I mistakenly thought he said Sheldon and we laughed about how similar the names are.
I tried this last night and met my dog that now lives with the ex in uk....I am now in Australia. I am going to try again tonight and get clearer more lucid experience, I’ll keep you posted
I was in a sort of small pub that also served food like fried shrimp, chips & burgers. Bartender was an older man with short white hair, blue eyes & dimples named Charlie. A younger man maybe in his late 20s or 30s named David (Dayvid?) had short light brown hair, a close trimmed beard, light eyes that were either blue or green depending on the light & a british or welsh accent. He introduced me to a other people like Marie or Mary, a woman seated near the bartender. She had shoulder length coffee brown hair with large curls & a lot of red highlights, and emerald green eyes. She was sipping a glass of what appeared to be white wine. The room was dimly lit, had dark polished wood walls & bar, and a tv up near the corner playing a sports match of cricket, I think. There were other people there talking & mingling. The last name I remember is Nick, a younger male in his 20s. He was around 5'10" - 5'11“, thin, man's haircut, light brown hair with a lot of blonde highlights, light brown eyes?, clean shaven, a dimple in his chin. They actually asked me, "Are you here for the experiment too?"

I dig your angle on the mediation. This would be a great Meditation for beginners. Only because there is a lot of dialog.
I would love to hear another version for the intermediate or advanced. Where it is just nice to have a guided input but not so much as to wake you up from where you were going. One love🤟

I like this track. My first use, I don't think I went anywhere, but I imagined I did quite vividly without much delay or distractions. I think I can continue using this and hopefully soon will have a successful experience.
I was feeling so light and numb and I started seeing purple faces which Looked scary, I always get to the point where I’m about to leave my body and I get shaky and my body is vibrating but I find it hard to leave , any tips at all? Super good video !
I’m struggling to recall all the details of my dream but I know I was in a pub and the guy I met was around 30 but looked younger. He was getting his own drinks because his family owned the pub. He was very sweet. Short with dark curly hair xx

Amazing- I was not Lucid but I was with many others. It was like a mass interview with all of us competing to be 'a leader' of a group of others.
However the dream felt very- 'us and them' and we were only pretending to comply with the ones in power.
We REALLY NEED another one of these longer, so we can all meet up somewhere and relieve the stress of what’s going on in the world these days. And be able to communicate with others and touch people in another world. THANKS

What is your secret? I've been meditation every night for over a year & still can't do it on command. Sometimes I feel like it's happened but then I think maybe I was lucid dreaming instead. Could you offer me any advice? Please 🙏
I met Steven and Timothy. Very cool. I was welcomed by my Dad and my brother. I felt embraced by love. They assured me we are never alone.. Things are always working out for me exactly the way I want them to be. In the pain there is meaning an awakening to healing. When we see the good it is all that we can receive. It is really powerful and very cool.❤

I tried this last night and there was a guy called David, he had short brown hair with beautiful brown eyes, I don’t remember a lot but I remember some of our conversation, introducing each other and we had the most amazing kiss. I’m trying it again tonight

Okay this is a little bit crazy. If you scroll through the comments you'll come across (well at least i did), 3-5 comments with the name David in it and experiences. I honestly wasnt sure if this worked very well a while back but when i recall what i was wearing or anything identifiable (including brown eyes and brown hair, as said by one commenter) I notice this might actually be me, after many many attempts and no recollection of whether or not it worked (still practicing! I fall asleep easy!). Im not even joking when I say this might have genuinely been me and it matches perfect with Australia timing and the stated time of each commenter. Look for yourself! Dave/David; both names i go by, short/neat to medium length brown hair, brown eyes, very general height 175cmish, and regular/average/thin build. This hasn't scared me but enticed me further into trying this again and again. Unbelievable that i dont remember but genuinely believe this could have been an interaction that i would be in!!!!!!

I couldn't Astral project but I had sleep paralysis, and also a dream, you can say lucid, where I met few people. It was in Japan. I don't know if it was something special or just a regular one. I'll try it again tonight.

Met a guy named David. He had curly brown hair and siblings. I don't know how I knew he had siblings, but we just sat there bonding over the fact that we both had siblings. We never shared anything about these siblings, but we told each other we had em. That's about all that happened.
This was the most powerful and amazingly comforting meditations of yours yet Christian. I had a wonderful experience. I left my body and looked back at me asleep but went climbing up the rope ladder, anxious to see what was ahead. I did see many people around me but they were blurred in a way. The name Jonas kept echoing in my mind for some reason but no one came to see me with that name. So I'm not quite sure who it was meant to be. I don't know anyone by that name either. Anyway, I looked over and next to me was another rope ladder. Guess who was on it. You! Lol. You had a glowing aura around you, almost like a spirit guide or some kind of angel. Now, I must say, through my whole experience, we never physically spoke. We spoke through our minds or hearts it's hard to explain but I got a warm feeling of comfort. Next, we were in this dark beautiful cave, I could hear water dripping. You had candles lit all around you for some reason. Now, I have been going through some extra stress right now in my life. You kept smiling and reached over and handed me a candle. I took it, and in my mind I thanked you and smiled back. I looked across and you weren't there. I looked around, trying to find you, and next we were in a beautiful garden. I could smell lavender especially. I was still holding the candle you gave me and you were holding one too. You told me to put the candle down next to the small pond in the garden. You set yours down as well. Still glowing with a comforting aura, you hugged me and told me through your mind that everything would be alright in my current stresses and that I needed to trust you and Jonas. Still don't know who that was/is. You smiled at me one more time, squeezed my hand and I woke up kind of in a cold sweat. Breathing a bit hard. It was SUCH a powerful experience. I've never experienced astral projection like that before. Maybe you saw me too? 🙂 And this Jonas guy maybe he also saw me. Thank you Christian, I do know things will be alright. Hugs. Aha! Found your comment! I know what you mean by taking with your mind, whenever I dream mouths don't move ha! That sounded like quite an emotional dream. I don't know anyone with that name, might be one of those things you might have to work out. Did the dream have a meaning for you? was there anything else that you noticed? @@MeditationVacation thanks Christian. Yes I believe it did have meaning, but I can't really put that all here on YT, it's pretty personal. The only thing I really noticed maybe was some music playing in the background... I think it was some Ed Sheeran song, I think it was Thinking Out Loud, one of my fave songs, comforting and happy. Got a friend request on Facebook yesterday from someone named Jonas. Weird huh?
That is strange, I hope that there is something positive for you somewhere in that dream. I literally don’t dream myself and then had a dream and as soon as I woke up it was real (positive news)

I met this really cute brunette girl with freckles on her nose and she was with her friend. She crossed the road with her friend waiting for me to speak to her. I did and we both looked at each other, talked but for some reason I was slurring my words and finding it hard to talk. Happened on a busy road in London.
Does this give me the ability to time travel and change my past like changing my birthdate to February 10, 1990, live with my same parents, and start my life there for real physically?

so I was just there. I brought the white stallion again. I wasn't going to bed so I got more. There was a David with a light blue shirt and red tie that came to pet Sal the horse.
Also there was a Beckie who looked like a polka dotted worm of some kind?
A man named Edward (i think) gave me his hand and helped me climb and then we watched the moon smiling in silence

So first while climbing up i was starting to fall asleep and loose the awareness but suddenly the face of a 30 ish years old man, bald, with a short chain beard popped into my mind and I got fully aware again. It kinda startled me a little. Later, as I reached the top, the name Debra or Debora came to my mind. I think I talked to her and were debating if we should meet in person. I don’t remember her face
I did this and saw a whole lot of colors so I opened my eyes and stopped my eyes were shaking and I saw mostly green

Strange I dreamt about seen family members and friends in their current stage, some I just saw others I said hi, but i haven’t ask about their dreams, but I will, none of them seen this video. Eventually I really fell asleep awake ? And was woken up but I felt as I was awake, but obviously i was sleeping 😳
There was someone named theodorus. A Queen making apple sauce. And servants helping her and controlling who came and left 😂

I did this and i saw three orbes of light pop out of darkness, each one had a name. The 1st orbe i am Emma the 2nd i am Scott and the 3rd i am Wayne. We just floated about in darkness then i woke up...

Wow 😳 I had the strangest dream I was in a hotel met a man
Can't recall how this happened just bits
He made a gesture I said oh just surprise me
He opened the curtains and there was a table for 2 with flowers etc however my ex came forward
So I sent someone else to have this meal as I didn't wish to hurt his feelings

I don't know if I did something wrong, but it didn't work for me..
I met a girl in a garage where she was working, it was late in the night and she said that she came there, where she was otherwise working, to take a shower because she was going out clubbing. She had dark brown hair and brown eyes, and olive skin. A tuff girl 😊 can't remember why I was there though..
I also met a girl sorry of online, she was in some sort of hospital. Besides the phonecamera, she had her webcam on so I could see her surroundings. She asked me to put on electrodes on my body, which she somehow sent me through the phone, so she could send me mental pictures in my mind, which I for some reason needed the electrodes for. While I'm pregnant, I wasn't sure if it was safe for me, so she was going to ask a nurse or something.. although this was no ordinary hospital, it was some sort of program for gifted people. While I was waiting Bryan Cranston came in her room and some sort of workshop/lesson started. She ignored me and didn't want to chat with me anymore. I think she was irritated because I didn't just put the electrodes on right away.. Later I heard her talking to a "nurse" who did something like, "we'll.. just make sure she doesn't bother you again." She was talking about me.

@@brandonaaron4215 panic disorder means you irrationally panic despite being safe and knowing you're safe. So unfortunately that doesn't help.
@@lilmissmonsterrr Idk its worked for me but I spend hours and hours a day meditating, it's hard the first half hour or so but after that its a lot smoother

There was a woman climbing not to far from me. There was a man climbing really far from us. She spoke English and I couldn't understand the man's language. Funny though 😀👍
