From a design standpoint, I appreciate how this introduces you to the idea of Wonder segments. There's nothing fundamentally different about the gameplay, you're just dodging piranha plants like usual, but the violent shift in context it makes it crystal clear that things are gonna get WEIRD when you set them off.

This game and stage transport me back to my childhood day when I received my first game ever from my parents, SNES Mario world. The marching music, the cute and smiling Prince Florian, and Princess Daisy and Peach's face.... I could not stop smiling and laughing like a child. It gave me the feeling of a brief dream, as if I had become a child again. Thanks for the wonderful game and the memories, Nintendo.
