After years of having 2D Mario games being way too similar with each installment, I think this is something the 2D Mario genre DESPERATELY needed. The final result, being absolutely fantastic 👏 And I still love this game in late-2024
Homestly, I disagree. This game felt like it was trying so hard to be different, but doing nothing particularly outstanding. But it just covers it up by going "Wowie zowie! It's zany!" Wonder felt very lackluster as a Mario game.

The thing I like about wonder there’s different wonder effects in each levels but some do reuse the other ones like the stampede but they do it in different way really cool game
I JUST finished this game a few minutes ago and I found the final Bowser battle to be quite fun. It has some challenge, but not a lot of it to make it extremely hard. I really did enjoy the music themed levels in this game. Overall, Super Mario Bros Wonder was a great game. I just was a bit surprised that it wasn't as difficult as NEW Super Mario Bros Wii.

I love how it's not verbally said but clearly implied that bowser just really likes rock music/ rcok concerts. Anytime he can he just fights his enemies to the sound of rock or simply is at a rock concert, and i love that about him.

Why would you turn around on the boo map? Or kill the piranha plants? You are filming for the music levels, and those actions directly screw with the music

Bowser’s Rage Stage was insane as hell!
The final boss was a music level, this proves that this game is peak game design!

My personal favourite music level was of course Bowser’s knucklefest mayhem because Mario literally POSES and the music is epic
