Today we are working on the Kubota G1900 mower, it's long over due for new belts, sharpened blades and a good cleaning!.
This Kubota has a 3 cylinder diesel engine and a 54" mower deck
This isn't the video I was wanting to do but sometimes mower maintenance and mowing the grass comes first!

Pto shaft is always a trick for sure rare item these days at 375$ for 1 end only .. Ant seized lube Best route ive leared . Good video
Over here you can sometimes get a good deal on things like mower blades at the end of the season if they are in stock as the dealers know they will sit on the shelf until the start of the season. Great job on the Kubota and it looks like one of those belts was about to let go
Thanks mate, I have to pull my deck out for the first time as it's thrown the belt. It'll give me a change to check out the bearings and blades etc.

Make sure you look over the belt, I kept throwing the belt just to find out it had a broken cord.
I replaced the belt and never had a issue again

Hi mate what is the kubota part number for this belt?
Any tips on getting the levels to engage the PTO and stay fully engaged? I have to hold my lever down to keep it engaged, which is annoying
Might need to adjust the cable on the lever, or the belt tensioner?
@@ImaginaryMachines thank you! Not sure how to adjust the tensioner, TBH. Sounds like I need to pull the battery out again to tackle that?
Your keeper probably snapped off like mine on pto handle inside the console I welded a small round solid rod to fix it
Where did you get the seat from?
It is a seat off of a Hustler mower
