Hint for those doing the Dragon Riding. Once you do the Normal and Advanced Tour, both will be available. So on your alts you can do the Normal and then Advanced to save travel time. Right now woth the Warmode and Dark Fair buff I'm getting 6400 xp per race (normal and advanced award the same xp) and 16,000 for the main turn in. Already got ganked once, which is why I don't play PVP. :-) I actually find the Advanced easier since you don'y have the wind thingy accelerating you to warp 9 million. My old brain just doesn't go that fast. ;-) Also, turn your graphics down, makes it a lot easier without the clutter.
Before heirlooms are activated past level 60, I find that each armor type has several iLvl 316 crafted equipment slots that give you a lot of power while also being reasonably priced. Also, I always make sure to do the "Fields of Ferocity" questline while leveling alts because it offers huge and quick XP gains, awards a great weapon reward at the end, and is ultimately required at max level to unlock a really lucrative bi-weekly elite world quest.
I think that if dream surges persist for the rest of the expansion then it might be faster to grind out all content in a given dreamsurge zone on multiple characters then just wait for the next week. Will probably cap after doing this over two weeks
As usual, you have knocked it out of the park! I'll be taking notes during my first cup of coffee tomorrow and mapping out a plan for attacking the task of getting all of my 60s to 70. It's not remotely the number of toons you need to level, but it's still a daunting task. I know you put the routes together for yourself, but I'm sure your notes would suffice to keep you on track, so producing videos is above and beyond the call of duty. interesting guide to be sure, personally i'm just gonna level at my own pace, i got myself a second level 70 toon and i have a 68 Mage that aint far off, all that matters is they reach level 70 eventually and have their BoA gear tokens when i farm them in 10.0.7, then i'll be caught up for Season 2 and ready for whatever the ilvl jumps to, which i've heard around 25-30 ilvl.
Awesome guide I used yesterday and today on 5 toons don't know if get your times haha but from 61.5 after the crafting bonus xp I took me 2 hours maybe 2 and half from 61.5 till 65 and there good there atm haha tnx again really straight forward and just good!!!
@@KrakenLatte I didn't even notice at first and then suddenly got the red flashes and died at 2. Perhaps it was a DoT that hit me right as I clicked to begin the race? Best I can think of. I should have looked at the death recap really, but I was annoyed at having to go back to to the faire to get the whee bonus again.

as a slight suggestion. pick one gathering prof. and tailoring. the extra exp from your first 30 crafts. is often enough for 1-2 lvls depending on rested exp.
Great guide! I did the route while queing for timewalking dungeons and got to 70 super fast. Also don't forget to grab the exp buff from the Darkmoon Faire if its up!

When you're fresh lvl60 (meaning you cannot dragonride yet let alone fly in the dragon isles as they are a no flight zone) you recommend not to do the dragonflight intro quest but to go directly through a portal to valdrakken where you say you need flying ? Is this bs again ?
50-60 doesn’t take long, since it’s apart of Chromie Time. You and I will both find out what my preferred is once the 1-60 guides are done! Just started on those.

Trying to do some of these world quests on the second phase, and the clickable items on the ground sometimes say "required level 70" making them unable to be completed. I have submitted a bug report.
I want to level up my crafters that are all somewhere around level 65 from crafting XP and a little bit of random questing. Any tips for using this guide starting around 65? I’m finding the normal quest chains to be quite tedious by 66. Thank you!
My only onfusion is finding all the races the rest of the guide was super great. Was a brreeeze leveling so if anyone has tips to find all the races would be greatly appreciated!

@@joeyriches6218 there’s a video on it, you’re being power leveled a group is just killing lower elites and you get about 2k exp an add and it takes right now the fastest time was 27 minutes. So give or take even if the group is super slow it’ll be less than an hour. You can find a group in the group finder it’s normally 30k a level depending
Just spam timewalking when timewalking comes, if you ain't healer/tank get a gathering proffesion so you have something to do in while you wait for queue.
Little side note, the part about the barding stopping you from being dazed is redundant when you play a tank. They don't get dazed when riding mounts. Just a little friendly thing to point out :)
lol well no, as of next patch they are a farmable rep, akin to the Timbermaw you befriend in Vanilla. but, with a catch, as you have to learn their language and at each 25 lvls of learning their language you'll get a quest chain, complete that chain and you progress a full bar, this repeats four times to exalted and you can get some new Dragon Cosmetics, Trinkets and a toy that turns you into a Winterpaw.
Slight correction, Heirlooms are always slightly less in ilevel than items you get from quests and dungeons. This is so heirlooms don’t completely eclipse the need to look at and equip gear while leveling. You just have to replace it more often.

The dragon riding mounts and their flight are available as soon as you enter the isles, which includes level 60! :D This is of course, after you've unlocked it on your first character. ^^

Kraken did a brilliant guide that is suitable for all classes and skill levels. Meanwhile Harldan made an impressive Speedrun with over 100k worth of stuff on a Guardian Druid. Those are two different types of videos
And I could counter that I level 6 toons at the same time in nokhud offensive in about 2 hours- what does that have to do with KL's vid? She put a lot of effort into a guide for those that don't have 100k to sink into gear.

Just tried the 68.3-70 dragon racing on an alt with wm on and got killed during the countdown before the race started *sadface*

You can dragon ride/fly even at level 60 on any alt once you've unlocked it once. :D

3 zones. 1-10 starting zone. 10-60: BC TW dungeons to 20 -> turn on wm-> Silverpine -> hillsbrad ->draenor ->hillsbrad -> gorgrand

The 3 racing quests you pick up from Celormu during the Waking Shores portion direct you to each race for each zone.

Dungeons yes, quests no. Heirlooms are purposefully higher than quest gear while leveling. Once max level, then yes, quest gear will be higher.

Well, you dont have dragon Flight at 60
