Max, you are missing a lot of the visual cues. The bar on the left are the quests you currently have available. When you tap on the character portrait and the list of tasks for that character pops up the quests are at the top of the list and the name of the task that is a quest is in a brighter blue than the other tasks. As someone else pointed out, a lot of the character quests are inter-dependent. You have to complete more of Mickey's quests before the next Goofy quest will become available. Also, when a kid has a wish involving a character instead of a ride, when you click on the thought bubble and the tasks for that character pops up, the task with the smiley icon next to the name is the one the kid wants to see done.
You can move buildings around and get rid of buildings. Just hold on the item for a few seconds and it will give options to remove or rotate or delete, so you can move those benches and our Plutos house next to Mickeys.
Also, you can move attractions and decorations into new locations after you place them the first time. You can move the benches, light posts, tables, etc. into new locations which would then allow you to put Goofy's house into the area you originally wanted it in!

the goofy quests unlock when you finish up toy story quests! basically just do all the quests they give you and then you'll get the quests you need.
What you have to do to unlock that land, and Tomorrowland, is finish all of the Toy Story quests that you receive, which will unlock the Goofy quests needed to progress.
When the kids want something from a character it will show you what they want, the thing they want the character to do will have a smiley face by it, the Mickey one you clicked on wanted him to play the trumpet.
Complete more of the quests you have on the side to get more of Goofy's quests. Also when kids in the park have a thought bubble with a character in it, when you click on it the action the character should do for you to collect the happiness will have the smiley face next to it

Sometimes quests of certain characters are activated by quests of other characters, so you might need to complete some of the quests like on your screen you have Jessie, Woody and Mickey quests. Finishing those might open up more Goofy quests. That's what happened to me.
OMG. I feel so terrible because I'm so far ahead of you (I just hit level 25, and have unlocked Monster's INC characters :P).
The quests they are talking about are related to the characters on the left hand side of your screen. Make sure you're doing those quests/missions as some have characters that are connected and do things together.
Also, you can rearrange your park. I tried to put things together in the beginning...then gave up because it takes forever for them to allow you unlock more space to put stuff. My plan is to put themed things together much later on in the game. :)
You can rearrange your current attractions and decorations. By doing that you can move Pluto's house next to Mickey's house and maybe even make room for more attractions. To get more Goofy quests you have to work on the current quests on the left side of your screen. I have several areas open all the way around Space Mountain and you just have to keep doing everyones quests, don't just focus on one character. Hope that helps.

Just hold down your finger on the attraction or decoration you would like to move. After a second it will highlight its self and you will be able to move it where ever you like.

You need to complete the quests that are waiting on the left especially Mickey's some of the quest need 2 characters to work together
You need to complete Mickey's quests to complete goofy's quests
More of Goofy's quests come as you upgrade other characters and introduce more characters and attractions! They'll come when you least expect it.
to complete happiness with characters click the action with the happiness symbol

Goofy's quests just keep going on!!! LOL!!! It takes time! I'm at level 18 and now have the Astro Orbiter and Pizza Planet!! It is a very addictive game!!!!

I had to level Goofy up to level 7 I think. I'm unlocking that part now. The thing I havent found out yet is do I need Pluto do defeat Pete or can I just do it with Mikey and Goofy? I don't want to use real money to get gems if I don't have to.

Do you guys buy gems or just work towards it? I think it's a little ridiculous to spend money on the game but I wish it was easier to accumulate gems.

If you want too Unlock the Curse where it says Complete More Of Goofy Quest ill tell you how i got it This had Nothing to do with Goofy Quest I just did Bo Peep quest she had a Quest called My Favourite Cowboy but i had too Level her up too Level 2 so i did that i did the My Favourite Cow boy Quest which takes 4 hours I waited then it was done then Bo peep and Woody just had dialouge
Then you will see a.! Button at Goofy i clicked that then Merlin said like its Time to Open another Curse So yeah thats how you get it i hope Max reads this.
