Hi! For a small family with a young kid, how would you compare Longmont to Louisville? Moved to Longmont from out of state about 4 months ago and we're doing lots of research!
Louisville and Longmont are similar with good little downtowns but Louisville seems a lot more community if that makes sense. Obviously there’s a price tag difference in Louisville but we’ve heard great things from others in Louisville.
Nice...but you lost me at wildfire and flash mobs!! I am sure its much better now though....maybe not the flash mob part though! Looking forward to the next one!
Nice town but vastly overpriced for quality of homes. You would think it’s oceanfront great weather or has phenomenal views which it doesn’t have. Still a nice town and good community. Also excellent video!
Thank you Bill, Louisville price tags definitively comes from its closeness to Boulder. Funny enough from our experience in Florida oceanfront seems to be cheaper.
