Allen I watch Man Food Fire, where they have these Mid Evil cooking techniques, they have long metal steaks with ribs or fish on them offset to the fire, you could adapt all kinds of things onto this beast, you could even adapt a rotisserie to this, I love it.
That thing is huge! The cooktop/grill has got to be 12 to 14 square feet. I like the jib crane pot holder, and how you put it together. Say, about your welder the HTP. What length is the stinger, or gun. (Sorry I’m bad about misnaming stuff)
That pit is $1.000, I live in S.E. Michigan and I checked a few years ago, it was gonna be $900 dollars or so to ship one of his grills up here, that`s why I don`t have one, and that was a few years ago, I know shipping has gone up like everything else.
