Mythic+ finally pushed him to the dark side
Nah Metro is all light side all the time. He just trying to keep those inquisitors from finding him lol
I didn't see the light until I was already 2500, by then it was nothing to me but blinding!
@@heythereguysitsMetro I Got KSH last night! I kinda want to go for dungeon ports but not really
@@bbouncy12 keep pushing! you'll get them just by doing your weeklies tbh
You think darkness is your ally? You merely adopted the dark. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn't see the light until I was already a man bro
I wish I recorded this but the other day I was healing a 13 TJS on my PreEvoker alt with a bear tank. First mobs and boss go good and we go to other wing of dung towards second boss. Tank pulls the Crane mob alongside many other surrounding it, Crane does its Territorial Display ability, everyone moves out of it except the tank and surprise surprise, he dies. We end up kiting the mobs till he comes back and wouldn't you know it, he does the same mistake again and dies a second time. We wipe this time and I write in chat telling him to please not stand in the crane's circle, he replies back "less typing more healing" and insta leaves the key. That was my first time saying anything in that key and it hurt him so much that he disbanded the key. It's why I try to most times hold my tounge with pugs cause of crybabies like this with such a fragile ego.
Average giga chad bear tank
Id suggest just statingg the mechanic
Like the crane circle does damage i prob cant heal through. Not defending the dude but this is what seems to work for me. Last week i asked a shadow priest to dispelled bursting and he left, but the rest of the week i said i can only dispel 1 and then all the other priests seemed happy to help. Anyway blah blah
@@champboehm7863 The thing is everytime I've done this dung on both higher and lower keys the tanks always pull the other sha mobs away from Territorial Display cause the more stacks you get the harder it becomes to heal you up. So I've never seen a reason or had to mention before to any tank to not stand in it or/if they take a few stacks they always pop a defesnive. This guy just stood there with all the other mobs without a care in the world and then tries to do the same thing over again after he releases.
@Sara def think you are totally in the right, I just ment in general a lot of players in low to mid keys are super nervous and i think it just comes off as ego when its insecurity. The more heal less talk comment from them is super small dick energy but either way i totally agree with u. Just had same issues but with bursting last week
Yep. If you have anything at all to say to a pug, even completely neutral and constructive criticism or advice, you run the risk of setting them off. Best to keep quiet or, if you 100% need to, send a whisper.
Also it's cool to phrase things indirectly aimed at players. Telling someone specifically who is failing a mechanic can make them lash out, but saying something like "the crane's aoe hits super hard, we're getting hit too much." makes them feel like it isn't entirely their fault. Saying that also makes them feel like "oh, thank god, they didn't notice I was the one the messed it all up."
I try not to talk in keys at all now even to attempt to alert people to things. It makes pugging a lot more chill. Thanks to my guy Metro for that tip. It seems like as soon as anyone says anything negative the key is just over. Its ridiculous
All I say is thank you for the key and the end, and I’ve stayed sane for the most part.
I put all pugs on ignore as soon as i enter a key :)
@@bananagoose1224 I actually used to try to do that, but there is a cap on ignore, or at least there was. Is that not a thing any more?
Ya, well then you have a situation like this where nothing even gets said and people still throw a fit. At the end of the day, people just really need to work on their emotional reactions. Its a lesson we can all learn from, in game, and IRL.
@@heythereguysitsMetro but something was said? The rogue was called out and he wasn't feeling like listening to unconstructive criticism. If the tank would shut up and press w, the key would be 2+.
Insane how people react in pugs.
Had my first experience of this yesterday night in a +5 COS of all things. Tank/Hunter pulled 2nd boss while the jumpy miniboss with frontal stun was still alive, and when we wiped the healer said it was a stupid idea to pull it like that. That left the hunter extremely salty and both him and the tank left, but not before ninjapulling and creating another wipe.
I jumped out and switched to tank spec after that and the 3 of us smacked the last bit of the dungeon in less than 5 minutes, but absolutely insane to me how you can get that mad in a +5. I guess being overgeared and playing at 3 am leaves you extremely sensitive in an otherwise quick valor farm dungeon.
Ya doing this in a 5 is something way beyond even this.
that's some funny shit right there....ran into a funny bug last night, didn't cause a disband but it didn't cost us timing the key....was on the last boss in a CoS 19, was healing on my rsham, got knocked up by a volcanic near the back of the boss room, close to one of the flower pots/pedestals...the boss targeted me with his charge, i ran out, but because he targeted me while in midair, he despawned
I really want to see that. That sounds hilarious.
Ah ya, sadly I have seen that type of bug a LOT over the years. Happens in raids too.
Ty for reviewing this!
I think we had 2 deaths before this, both from the shaman, but nothing tragic. Reviewing the VoD the shaman caused the first immunity, but after that it becomes tough to discern.
Ya thanks so much for submitting it. Very unique run for sure.
The thing is I've seen people want different things for this boss. I joined a guild group once and they insisted on going all the way to immune to make it easier to heal. I was like whatever and did it their way because, as you say, its not a huge deal.
On the other hand "l2p" is not someone helping player learn; that's just trying to get a reaction out of someone. Well they got one! Just probably not the one they bargained on. I'm willing to take advice to play better, but if it starts with "l2p" my opinion level of that person has already started in the negative and they are going to have to convince me not to put them on ignore first.
Like if you were driving and the person in the passenger seat said "Careful you just cut that guy off" or "Learn to drive" which one is risking having to walk home?
Yup, very well said. Totally agree! There are a lot of ways to kill this boss, and honestly as long as it dies, you did your job.
the tank left, not the rogue :)
we did the same in my group back when my healer was still undergeared
when one goes immune it doesnt pulse dmg anymore and you dont lose much time since you attack the otherone while the first one is immune
i think that strat is easier in pugs since its less likely to fail since if someone forgets to switch at 7 but the rest does you risk immuning both bosses
Been in the similar situation, someone from guild asked me can I help him and it was I think 16 TJS, I'm VDH who really play casual (maybe 15 - 20 keys per week) but I'm overgeared 416 ilvl. So first few packs before first boss I tanked on the corner, none of DPS ever LoS that DMG, 3 of them died on first boss, but that boss doesn't have any tank busters so healer and myself killed the boss. Second boss they pushed shield twice, we killed boss and healer left without of any word. They were all totally confused but I knew exactly why he left, I'm not the person that will leave the key or talk, but I'm surprised that this late in xpac people cannot recognize what mistakes they did. Healer was able to save their asses but obviously they just triggered him with their not knowing the dungeon mechanics. Also sometimes people who are carrying dungeon just think that someone doesn't deserve to time the key if they don't know mechanics, have few friends like that, and they will leave just so someone doesn't time their key and fuck up other people on higher keys. Again I'm not that kind of person but I know few.
Ya sadly all that mentality does is make pugging harder. Thanks for sharing the story though!
There really should be a consequence for leavers, though I have no clue what it could possibly be without it being possible to abuse it to grief others even more.
Ya sadly no way to punish actually malicious leavers that wouldn't also punish groups wishing to stop mutually. Would need a total revamp of how the group making system works.
@@heythereguysitsMetro could have a vote to disband system the group votes on to manually end it and anyone that leaves outside of that is hit with a heavy minus to their Mythic Score + Deduction of Valor and a hefty timed lockout from the LFG system.
@@heythereguysitsMetro People just refuse to have a civil discussion on ideas on how a leaver penalty would work without any unintended abuse by grubby cheaters and manipulators. As we all know from shadowlands auction abusers and even crafting abuse at the start of DF showed... People will do anything for an edge and to exclude the competition from competing on leaderboards.
@@NatoRadeX Its just not possible. Been having that discussion since Legion. Been through every possibility sadly. It would require a complete rework of how group content is formed for this.
@@franckster19 Ya that would require a separate system to be created for forming groups for it though, which is likely to not happen given they don't believe pugging is the way to do this content.
Last night we had a shadow priest ignore tank's instructions to wait to DPS whelps on a +17 RLP with "for completion" in the title. We wiped and he goes "Hate to be that guy, but we aren't timing this", and left. He was the lowest DPS with the most deaths. Wish I recorded it. When I asked why he left in whisper, he said "Read the guide" over and over like a robot.
It's always the fucking lowest DPS with the most deaths who bail at that stuff.
I had a ragnaros hunter in a 16 NO leave after he died 4 times before the first boss because he was pulling packs before me as the tank and dieing. He rage quit and we 4 manned the entire thing with 2 mins left ok the clock.
@@nickolasroper3237 that server has the worse habit for that.
lol I wish you had that recorded too!
Just don't invite hunters. The low rio ones are absolutely some of the biggest idiots in the game, and the high rio ones have better alternatives in the queue usually who'll put less strain on the healer. I have a feeling some of them go through levelling content with their pets tanking for them, and are just too dumb to realize they can't do that in keys.
I was healing a +20 TJS the other day with a seemly pretty good group since we got trough the initial trash before Wise Mari cleanly.. Then we had 2 deaths on the boss but those were late into the fight so it barely costed us anything.. Then as we were running to the other wing the tank suddenly stops at the gate and types something like "There's no point those will continue to die" everyone else wanted to continue like really no-one was else was even considering leaving.. But the tank left..
What's specially odd is that from everyone on the group that Tank is the one who actually had the lowest score.. I just checked and to the day (about a week after) he still doesn't have any +20 other than SBG timed, I wonder why...
I got the +20 TJS done the very next day so at least got some redemption there..
Right, and he probably never will. The dude left an easy upgrade for no reason. That kind of mentality is just not meant for success.
ppl dont want to have not-timed stamp on a 20 thats why, would you invite a not timed 20 or a timed 20 player? but yeah its kinda weird that he left after two died late into the fight.
@@S2kloveyou no one actually looks at that. Its a fallacy. People only care about score.
I had one hell of a disband the other day. 20 AV and no recording but I have a ss of chat. We're on 3rd pull of AV and tank is pulling back mobs. Hunter from azralon isn't LoSing with us, warrior says in chat "AZRALON LOS." Hunter goes "? f** u bro" and just starts hearthing out. There wasn't anything wrong with the run up until that point and it seemed so harmless I was shocked that was all it took. He finishes by saying "get this loss f** zul'jin player" which was tragic because the keyholder hadn't done anything and only the warrior said something.
Gotta record em!
Love your Videos! And even in 18 or 19 keys the groups disband instant at the moment. WOW is wild now....Hope to see a stream soon!
Ya sadly that's the game now it seems.
Nokund 18 on the week we had fortified bursting explosive. Tank goes for the big double pull. We die after getting overwhelmed by all the explosives and we let a cast go off. We told the tank to look at the affixes before pulling like this and he left.
Ya, that's a rough one. Its a hard lesson to learn as well, because the explosives are so easy at times, and then as soon as they aren't its over.
If you really wrote something along the lines of "look at the affixes" did you expect him to stay or leave?
Lol yup EGO is by far the biggest killer of keys.
Case in point: last night I was running a 16 Halls, and the melee DPS was INSISTING that the tank was pulling wrong, somehow. Got mad and left.
An hour later, I got into an 18 Halls, everyone was super chill, had a few mistakes here and there, and still knocked it out just fine.
Like, folks really need to learn how to relax haha. Even if you don't time something it's ok, you can do another key. It's not the end of the world.
LOTS of players can't seem to just chill out and let the run happen. As soon as comments like that happen, its the beginning of the end.
the way it works is that the boss gains stacks on direct abilities or auto attacks so for example if a warlock hard casts chaos bolt on either peril or strife it gains stacks , or if ur a rogue ur melee attacks will give the boss stacks (so bleeds, dots and other AoE effects dont give the boss stacks) . so what happend is that everytime they had to switch to the other mob the rogue was still auto attacking the one with high stacks i presume without him knowing. so what u have to do instead is once the mob hits 7 stacks just immediately target the other mob with no stacks to prevent situations like this.
Right, that makes more sense. Dots don't do it at all, good to know!
I think its funny that so many people are already so used to people leaving a key if they are offended in any way that many people automatically assumed the rogue would leave after the tank wrote "l2p". I think that is less about people not paying attention but more about this being the expected, natural consequence of someone writing that. I would be curious to know if someone ever witnessed an "l2p" that did not lead to someone leaving :)
Hmm ya idk I was confused why so many people thought the rogue left. I assumed it was my fault but I'm not seeing it. You must be right.
It's the acid rain from the shaman I believe
Combined with dots maybe
Its not. I always use the acid rain in a way that it hits both targets and it has never been a problem.
@royvisser1990 probably not, but I seen it be the case on dorkis stream earlier today
Someone is using single target damage, I don't know how it works proper, I've had stacks increase on the second boss when using Bladeflurry on outlaw, and when using DoTs as SP
@@Erik_Arnqvist For dots only their application adds stacks. Basically anything you're directly casting on them afaik
I've reached max stacks on high keys (24, 25), and even then it isn't a wipe. 2 mins on a tyrannical fight is insane pace and you could comfortably +2 or 3 if things are pulled properly.
Right ya, this seems like a key that is going VERY well.
I so wish I recorded this but just did a run an hour ago I would loved to send to u. Was doing a NO 15 and we got the first boss after clearing all the trash and the team failed to cc the ad running to the artillery crossbow and we wiped. Mind you im playing mage so most I could have done is slow the ad which I did. Shaman with incap totem and thunderstorm says team failed to do mech and left. I whisper him after and he types, "I dont untime keys" and ignores me lol. I just wish I was recording it was an amazing interaction. Wiping on first boss with plenty of time left in a 15 while we are all on alts is gonna make us not time, gotta love it.
TLDR, Elitist 2350 player thinks he is too good for 1 wipe so he leaves the key, I will get the record WA from Metro so I can send the next few hilarious runs I get
Damn that's a brutal one. That dungeon's timer is sooo long! Lemme know if you find any more wild ones in the future! Thanks for thinking of the series.
@@heythereguysitsMetro For sure, keep it up with this great series, love you commentating and reacting to funny dungeon fails
I've had multiple 20 and 21 AVs that break up on the first pull because a DPS leaves after they die to avoidable mechanics. Usually, we do a big pull with CDs or lust on fortified week and crush it, but sometimes some idiot gets super butthurt when they die in their CDs and just brick the key. There needs to be a system to punish players who do this. It's the only way it will stop.
Ya sadly it wont happen as there is no way currently to punish players leaving selfishly that wouldn't also punish those leaving for legitimate reasons or mutual disbands in general.
The game would require an entire overhaul of how the dungeon groups are formed, and that is very unlikely to happen given their stance on pugging.
If im not mistaken u get stacks by heating one of bosses with an attack which is direct - not like death and decay or something that passively cleaves. Blade Flurry in outlaw rogue counts as direct attack since its optional, u actively cleave two targets, similar to arms warrior. So yeah I think rogue trolled there. Sounce - im 2,9k score rogue who also did it a ton until realizing it was me the whole time xD
Ya, you are right about that, but as you can see the guy is straight up attacking the wrong target haha so I dont think it was blade flurry alone.
Didn't get footage of it but I was in a 19 Court last night we had 2 players die on the first boss but nothing crazy. After the boss we start going to the docks while our rogue does the skip our hunter stood still we asked him to go to the docks and he promptly left the key...
Strange stuff. Start recording them, and send me the crazy ones!
@@heythereguysitsMetro I asked the group if anyone was recording actually. Unfortunately no dice
also, I had a tank in a 16 AV earlier who never interrupted and I said "hey man, can you kick we have 2 ranged on 20 sec cds" and he goes "that's dps job, u only press 1 button, im busy tanking" and proceeded to argue that everything he wasn't doing was because he was "busy tanking" hahaha.. we wiped because icy bindings goes off and 2 warriors had kick and he goes "you mean 1 warrior, im the tank" ??? crazy.
Wow that is wild. Tanks thinking they shouldn't be kicking is scary.
I had a dude try to totally rage on me because he chain pulled on ruby life pools and I my priest was having a hard time keeping up so I eventually pulled a dragon that flew down. Nobody died, we killed it no problem. But he went full rage mode on me and when I call him a baby he left the group entirely. Emotional losers man
Ya, best advice is always take the high road and stay silent. Even if they are wrong, if you want to finish keys, you need to not make it any worse.
Funnest thing of the week.
Vexamus 19 key. Boss at 10%, thundering is out, hunter next to someone clearing the mark right before it stuns, hunter doesnt clear (probably thought it did) proceeds to disengage away, stuns himself the healer and me the tank. Kills the healer and the hunter. I barely live as the tank, finish the boss. I was like "bruh" and he proceeds to complain about everything else while continue the dungeon
Ha, some people will just never be able to say "i'm sorry."
There is very little reason to chat at all in a pug. It's 90% downside 10% upside. Most of the time you just tilt someone and prime them to leave it or troll the key. I've had some fun banter in pugs but it's usually at least a couple friends playing together. I'd almost be inclined to remove the chat window entirely but sometimes the healer is more sensitive about their mana than I am or someone's goldfish caught on fire.
Tank prerogative really. They and to a slightly lesser extent healers, can get groups so instantly that they tend to bail first. DPS .. we'll pretty much absorb the punishment as more more tick on the vault for the week
This is indefensible. Regardless of the role or if he cares or not, this is incredibly selfish behavior and should not be condoned.
thank blade flurry for that one, blade flurry will proc stacks on both.. happens to me all the time with outlaws when they want to pad lmao.
Ah naw, as you can see the guy is just directly attacking the wrong one at times.
@@heythereguysitsMetro that's just a double whammy then if he was using blade flurry as well lmao
This is why its always best not to respond if something is pointed out. If you dont know whats going on just try to get better. someone is just trying to make a comment about your play and they are probably right. Everyone fucks up. some are worse then others. dont hit back, dont say what about you, etc. People will always point out mistakes dont take it personally even if you are not at fault. its always the clap back that pushes people to say fuck it. If someone thinks the next 10 to 15 min are best spent taken a shit rather then get you io, gear, or valor they will do it.
the mistake people make is thinking in keys 11-16 is that others are their to get better. its a time sink for many many people. They will sink that time in tik tok or youtube, whatever over 10 to 15 min with you.
In a +20 halls I was a huge fuck up today. didnt interrupt right, stunned poorly, dying, etc. a almost 3k SP stayed and got the key done. didnt say shit. If that was 16 key and it was a 2k SP never going to happen.
Finishing +20 keys has massive value. 8 completed and people get to choose from 3 of the highest ilvl options from the treasure vault.
Well no one said anything in this key honestly. But in general you are right. If people just didn't bring their unhinged emotions into every key, you would have far far more success than we do now.
@@heythereguysitsMetro it was like you said in your video of the guy trying to defend himself. It should have been fine but its all it takes in that range of keys. just saying anything back is enough. Its why its best not to comment to any thing said. You maybe right or justified but that risks the keys.
man i love these videos
They are so fun to make too!
I feel like dots can continue to ramp the stacks too
I have been told dots do not, but I don't know for sure.
Pretty sure the Icelance cleave as a Frostmage generates stacks too
@@Telados Oh ya, probably.
On 25 tyr we had a 2m30s fight normaly.
16 tyr is roughly 2m with pugs.
Ya so this is very normal.
I wish I recorded my key where a rogue was being annoying. "Just stand on tank, not hard" and I responded with "Ok thanks Robert for that helpful tip" or whatever the hell his character name was.
We wiped and he said it again and I responded even more passive aggressively and he left 😹
I can't stand people who gives 'tips' that aren't actually helpful and act like they're doing you a favor. I probably should have just kept my mouth shut but he irked me.
Ya, well I would always recommend silence, but its hard to blame you. I feel the same way. Way too much unsolicited advice, and what is the advice even for? Some marginal strategy change that makes no real difference, I'd imagine.
Give us some context, what boss and what exactly happened?
inb4 it was Algethar tree boss and the guy commenting actually inted the boss for his team.
Hope all is well with you. Hope to see you steaming again soon!
Should be back tomorrow! We will see.
Most petty reason to leave as a sub rogue my rupture hits a 2nd target but it's no big deal on this fight but I have seen so many people leave over the smallest reason in keys over the last few weeks
Ya, the community is getting worse and worse with regards to focus on success vs controlling their own egos.
@@heythereguysitsMetro like before me and my GF were doing a 16 right this druid keep on be like go here go there like not your key so stfu and shhh yet was only 1600 she is my tank she knows what she is doing like to takes nothing to be quite in a key and go with it
I had a horrible person just up and leave the key after first boss in an 18 TJS... We said screw it, and 4-man'd the dungeon to the end. Cleared it flawlessly with a minute and a half overtime. Imagine had the toxic player stayed and even just did less than tank damage, could've timed the key.
Great example there for sure. These people leave easy upgrades. All they do is cost themselves progression and waste their own time. Its so strange to me.
A lot of people talk about how anti-social games are becoming but with stuff like this? Is it any wonder that people that don't play it as a job don't want to have to interact with this kind of BS? Literally having a fit over a mistake, abandoning a key over a mistake. What must be going on in someone's life where this is the path they think is best to take.
As always, thanks for your commentary, I love the analysis of viewer keys.
Thanks for saying so. Ya sadly, this is the whole world now it seems too, not even just games. People are seemingly just getting worse and worse and having control over their emotions.
@OneAzerothTV agreed, well thank you for being a sane voice in all the noise
@@Bunstonious I'm trying my best for sure. It's important especially in this game, considering how old it is.
last night in temple i saw tank pala just use buble on second boss and hearth out.He jsut said learn to count to 7
Basically the same thing here then. So strange, considering how easy this fight is.
Yeah, really bad groups don't survive the first boss. Just plain bad groups drop on 3rd boss or the last trash pack. That's all I really get scared of in this key at the low levels I'm running it at. There are other rough patches but no showstoppers.
@@heythereguysitsMetro TBH when i am healing i dont use DPS meter. when i checked DPS meter he was sitting on top with 18k dps on +11 tyr, lowest dps was 12k.
hey how you got these wings, what transmog is that ty
No clue, not me playing obviously.
remove personal keys (or make it optional for premades), make m+ available for dungeons finder, m+ level is base on your score/gear level. this i think will remove alots of problems for sure, or cause alots more, just a thought tho xD
I would be fine with a rework of the keystone system for sure. Dungeon finder will not work though. The content is way to hard and comp-dependent to have random assignments. And of course, it would require a key to work in the first place so they would have to do the first to even consider the second.
Bro i had a worse disband. First pill of ruby life pools this feral stands in some shit and dies. He then proceeds to say "yeah don't think healer can handle this" and leaves. Mind you it was a big pull no wipe or anything was relatively smooth. He does shit dps as well and just leaves. We were all appalled.
That's a funnier one for sure, but its not worse. This one no one even died. It wasn't even a slow kill. This is a disband for no reason other than ego. At least deaths and stuff make SOME sense. Even if the person is clueless.
@@heythereguysitsMetro yeah this one would have tilted me just as much 😂
Looks like a typical “cba” from the tank… maybe he thought, if the dude doesn’t know this boss, what about the next two… still no reason to just leave a perfectly fine run…
Ya, its just pointless to think that though. The boss died easily with no issue at all. As far as the game cares, this person knows the fight well enough to succeed.
nah that is no "cba", he wanted to punish the rogue for being bad by denying him the key - 100%.
One word: "KIDS"
Ya, well I don't think its that simply sadly. A lot of people who are legally adults are acting this way because the way the world works now, you never learn any hard truths about yourself along the way. 20 years in, and you have no idea how to control your emotions still, because people are scared to administer discipline and now reward failure and success equally. Bad for everyone.
I can't wait to see mythic+ get a badsport mechanic and start banning people who leave keys.
That wont happen as there is no way to differentiate between leavers who are doing it maliciously vs groups that are choosing to disband. Would require a total remake of how the group-forming process is done to be able to do so.
I don;t think it was solely the rogue. But its so hard to tell what abilities put stacks and which do not. In that one instance the rogue is definitely pushing the right side to 10 though.
Ya, it really makes no sense to me how it chooses to apply the stacks honestly. The way I look at it, if the boss dies, we are good.
I've started playing my spriest alt this week and had some issues aswell on this boss when we swapped at 7 stacks. I can't be completely sure but I think there might be some interaction with certain dots counting stacks longer. So the next time we did the dungeon I just asked if we could swap earlier and that worked out fine.
They need to add penalties to leaving mythics, not sure what but that’s wild
Sadly no way to do that right now.
This is why I hate pugging in mythic+, disbands of timeable keys happen all the way up to the 20 level... and it costs so much more effort to upgrade the key again vs the reward of timing it. I'm just gonna pop pvp all season I think...
Oh god, pvp can't be better haha
Just form groups of people you know. You aren't forced to pug ya know!
@@heythereguysitsMetro Well the one thing about PvP is that you're not forced to play with people longer than one match if you're really not vibing. You can just agree to part ways. With m+ it inevitably leads to a key downgrade that you might have spend many hours to upgrade, and an investment of at least another 30 minutes to get it back up. If people leave or intentionally throw in a 3v3 match you only lose a few rating points (and they get penalized as well). In solo queue you can even crush them as soon as they get on the opposing team. Ofc I am well aware that pvp is a different flavour than pve but I happen to like both.
I got my KSM and I'm done, it's just not fun pushing anymore.
I have more fun levelling and gearing my alts smh...
Sorry to hear that.
At what point am I no longer the A-hole for leaving a "completion" key? I've left only two keys that weren't mutual disbands (this is my first expansion). We were at 65 minutes in +16 AV with an undergeared tank who insisted with his buddy after the key started on doing the frog skip "for practice" on a fortified, bolstering, storming week. I had done a +18 before with no deaths. We had wiped to Azure blade like 10 times and we weren't even close to killing it when I left, we had like 50 deaths and a smoke break before even getting to Azureblade.
If the group leader wants to continue, and you don't you are the "A-hole."
That's just the rule of thumb I apply to myself and others. Some times you just run out of time though, I get that. But for me, I would never leave a key as long as the guy who invited me wants to continue. Its really just a respect thing. He could have invited any number of players, but he chose me. I'll always reward him for that choice, or try to.
A +16 is low? Dang I gotta step it up lol
Ya, should be at 20 now for sure by now. Max gear level.
@@heythereguysitsMetro ah, I'm learning tank from your videos but I'm at 404ilvl. Just need to jump in there and try the higher keys then.
@@Austinizzer ya, unfortunately you probably are just a victim of a slow start ya know? In the future if you want to solve that, try to make time the first two weeks to hit as many keys as you can. For reference, my first 20 completed was december 28th. Nearly 2 months ago, and I have barely played the last month or so as well. Frankly, not a hard thing to imagine anyone playing regularly accomplishing by now.
@@heythereguysitsMetro gotcha. Yeah I started towards the end of December.
@@Austinizzer There's the answer then!
Are you finished with live streaming? :(
he said "we'll be back to streaming this week" in this video.
no
Sadly alot of people don't have their emotions in check.
Ya, its getting worse, in and out of the game.
Yo yo yo what is up my peeps it is Kop back to comment on a video from the Jedi Master of Mythic Plus, the Obi Wan to my Anakin, no wait...
Lol
So let me get this straight. The rogue has such a fragile ego that the tank makes one off the cuff remark (which tbf he could have worded more helpfully but I don't think it would have mattered) and just hearths? Wow that's one thin skinned rogue. Probably should have just cloaked the comment and continued with the key. I mean presumably there was a reason he signed up in the first place, right? I mean I know it's an old saying but it fits the dude cut off his nose to spite his face. So silly.
Pretty sure the tank hearthed not the rogue. Presumably to be spiteful thinking the rogue didn't deserve the completion.
The monk hearthed and left, not the rogue.
@@rydersmith2787 oh my bad watching on my phone so I couldn't tell. That makes it even worse, somehow...
@@chocowmallows my bad watching on my phone so I couldn't really tell.
Yeah the rogue was fine. Only thing he said was "what did I even do wrong?" after the tank left.
I love the failing m+ content.
Its fun to make to!
Idk man, I feel like you're gonna have a hard time finding any clip that tops that freehold from bfa. Where the mage insta rage quits cuz you ran right to the pillar instead of pulling the 3 pack.
Well ya, that's not really what we are looking for here though. The way I have been saying it is "we are on the search for the funniest key." That was really not funny at all haha. Just sad.
they should really implement a vote to surrender system like they have in moba's cause this is getting out of hand xD
That would require a ful redesign of how the group forming process works so unlikely to ever happen
@@heythereguysitsMetro I'm in no way a game designer. But to me it doesn't sound to hard/time consuming for a big company like blizzard. And it does sound like one of the biggest issues that more cassual m+ players have.
@@jeroenyneter They don't believe pugging is a viable way to progress though, so it wont happen.
@@heythereguysitsMetro kinda short sighted of them but it is what it is.
@@jeroenyneter Really its the other way around. Its us wanting to take the path of least resistance instead of properly engaging in the social aspects the game is meant to be founded upon. They are being stubborn if anything, on that front.
I've learned to just not use the chat. Say something like: You can dodge that ability, so you don't take a lot of dmg. Reply: stfu nub :)
Good lesson to learn. It's pointless sadly.
To be fair i understand why he left :D
cause imagine giving a Vault to dumb players
This is the very big issue in the game right now that even someone who have both hands left is rocking higher ilvl
it shouldn't be case you should be locked out of that content while you learn how to do it slowly by yourself
and 16 is not place where you learn mechanics
in 16 you should already know what trash is doing how to outplay it and what bosses are doing
Just please remember that the boss dies and no player does. From blizzards perspective, everything was done well enough. Attacking the wrong target here does not make the boss fail or the run unsuccessful.
16 is not a low key.
He uses a distinction where low keys are those which don't reward the highest loot. In other words, in past seasons +15 was the point where it stopped being a low key. Now it's +20.
It's possible to time 16s with players very undergeared or with 20 deaths or full wipes on bosses. You can't do that on a +20. Sometimes a +20 or +21 is so tight that even one boss wipe can be enough to brick a key.
100 percent it is. If it doesn't give the max loot, its a low key.
what do you consider a low key?
Rogue overreacted for sure, but that L2P comment is so dumb. Nothing good comes from trash talking people in the middle of a key. Even if you think people are bad, just keep it to yourself and put them on ignore after the run if you want to avoid them in the future. It's that simple. This key looked like it would be timed, and 5 seconds of stupidity ruined it.
The tank left, not the rogue. The rogue was just confused at the end, but didn't really respond to the l2p comment
@@Invhytas yeah, you're right. Dunno why I spaced out there and thought the rogue left first. Either way, point is nothing good comes from trashing people mid key. Even had someone leave a key once because stuff wasn't getting interrupted, so each player got assigned mark. Then they said something along the lines of "I don't need this shit" and left. Like they took it as a personal attack to be assigned a raid mark to interrupt...
Well error aside there, you are totally right. This is just such a silly silly way to end a key all around.
Guy makes us Brewmasters look bad, he wasn't even using his CDs. I love TJS but that boss is just meh. Boring and uninteresting.
It's a very boring dungeon altogether. The old dungeons really just don't work for this. I hope they will learn that lesson.
No it isn't the smallest mistake to ever disband a key for. I'd totally dip out on a key if someone at this point in the season runs over the runes before the 2nd boss in SBG.
Then you are a dumb moron who will stay at his 1300 rio score for a while. Avoidable yes, but not worth ruining four poeple’s time.
That's embarrassing to admit that.
@@heythereguysitsMetro not really. It’s like the bowl of M&Ms in Van Halen’s dressing room. If they can’t sweat the little things then you know they won’t give a shit about the big stuff.
@@Craig_Narramoore sounds like you should apply that logic to your own process. If you are leaving keys over mistakes that don't even kill you please stop pugging.
What about the bowl of m&ms in Van Halen’s dressing room? Inquiring minds want to know?
Take my like, good sir!
I will do so proudly.
