Robert can i ask why u dont like the brand as u never actually said why u dont like them ? . I get them calling people bbe among other things is annoying . But from the eyeshadows i have used they are really good for the money
@Robert Welsh My pet peeve during influencer PR reviews is when they say, “I’m not going to open this because I I won’t wear it, so I’m going to give it away.” NO. That product was gifted to them so they could show subs, like me, so we know what we might want to purchase… or not purchase!
It’s not a product to re-gift unused at Christmas to friends. WE are the friends and supporters who should be allowed to see it.
xx 💫💕
@jori7398 once it's sent to them it's their property. To do with as they please. Unless the company has personally made a deal with that person.
Really disagree with what you said about companies giving product. They don't owe that company anything. Unless they talked to said creator personally they don't owe that company anything.
Even if it is over a certain price. That sounds very scummy. That makes it sound like you think anyone who receives or is owned by the company.
Maybe don't give out PR if you don't want some to do whatever they want with it.
@@jori7398But then other people will complain that they’re wasting things if they swatch a product they know they won’t use. I don’t know why they can’t swatch onto a clean piece of paper though, or take a chunk out with a clean spatula, so we can see the colour/application but they can still give away the product.
I feel like beauty advent calendars are mostly an opportunity to get rid of a couple of worst sellers by putting in very few highlight products and putting on fancy packaging, so I‘ll probably never buy one of them
Every product was unique to the calendar, all previously unreleased things. I actually loved the calendar, but I am a p Louise fan, but I have to say that I was 80% pleased
@@Deleteme250 that is really cool! I was talking about generally how I noticed a lot of Beauty calendars operate, but good on them for putting smth out that fans seem to like ☺️
Yep... they hv products that don't sell.. These products go into the sub boxes or calenders. 90% are product that will not sell.. They put in 2 or 3 products that are nice.
After watching a few AC review vids, I think you're right.
I bet this also has to do with the downfall of fandom subscription boxes.
The quality went down over the years as more alt + fandom brands provided more merch you could just buy in stores instead of being disappointed by a mystery box of mediocre items.
Also, there's the scammy nature of not being able to return the box after Christmas, which is the whole point of waiting a month to open it. Kinda sucks.
@@Deleteme250 Fair! I was surprised at how fast he went through the items, though. Some of them looked really good lol.
I will never understand people fighting over brand loyalty. The brand does not give a shit about you!
On another note, that pink shadow looks incredible with your brown eyes 💜
Exactly! These advent calendars (that aren’t food) are always a scam it’s just the sample products that didn’t sell and that’s it they’re always SOOO over priced too!
Brands have one thing in mind and it’s profit. They don’t care about anyone, they’re not a charity.
He actually liked and had high praise for the stuff he loved which had to have sold some of those individual items. He showed he held the brand to a higher standard. He showed off the products. It was great
I appreciate the honesty. If I go out and spend my money on a product because an influencer recommended and its crap, I will not take that influencer seriously.
If a brand made a more personalized make up or skincare advent calendar, I think it would be a huge hit. Like based on skin type or eye/hair colour & skin tone.
Like if it’s for a loved one you can fill out a quiz. Skin type, hair type, even fill out their skin tone since they have color match online now. That would be amazing
I love when influencers find products they like/have been using and then those companies send them more products because then we know the users truthful opinion moreso than when they are gifted items.
“I’m a Disney adult, I can’t disrespect anyone.” I am crying right now. 😂😂
I give a lot of credit for him being honest! He was just showing why each thing wasn’t for him and what was. I appreciate that a lot.
The empty boxes with papers almost reminds me of fashion nova instead of telling customers their product is out of stock putting certificates in there instead.
I appreciate honesty, influencers have saved me a lot of money by reviewing honestly
I appreciate an honest review and you as a consumer can take it or leave it. In the case of your channel is the fact that you are an experienced and talented make up artist and did not sell your soul to a brand for a free product, which so many of your colleagues have, what makes me comeback everytime.❤❤🎉 keep up your amazing work.
I am LOVING Robert as a Pastel Goth bear. You are ADORABLE
Love this video, Robert! Honesty is everything, if an influencer was positive about a crap product just “to be nice”, I’d have no respect for them whatsoever.
I think "special edition" holiday makeup of any brand is inferior quality when compared to other products in their line
Definitely! If it was any good it’d be part of the main collection
Yes. It’s the difference between the full priced brand item and the low budget one supplied to outlets. It’s not the same thing. Corners get cut.
I'm with you 💯. If the influencer has absolutely nothing negative or critical to say, I start feeling like they're being insincere & pandering. I want honest opinions about the products, not an advertisement.
“I would literally die to receive this!” -commenter
“Which is too much. You need to calm down.”- Robert
Robert always making me giggle over here 😂
i think you are being fair and looking at it from diffrent perspectives i really appreciate the honesty myself i just found you and subscribed to your you tube chanel
I always appreciate your honesty!! Liz
Robert your eyeshadow looks always inspire me to get more creative- I adore your makeup!
And this is why I LOVE YOU!!! everyone has their own opinion!
Sometimes bad reviews make the maker look at what the problem might be....I'm hoping so!!
I appreciate honesty waaay more. People are stupid to want fake reviews. 😂 There used to be a GNC across from my old job that my co-workers and I would always go to for water or energy drinks when we were tired.
If they didn’t have our usual bang energy, we’d get whatever else sounded appealing. One of my trips they were out so I grabbed 2 different ones when an employee saw what I picked. He said “You don’t want those if you’re looking for a boost. Those are crap.” He was in his early 20s and showed me to some other ones, telling me they were better. I ended up buying them. He did apologize for his language but explained it was his last day with the company so he didn’t care too much.
Ironically, I actually found it very refreshing. He was honest with me when he didn’t need to be and recommended something better. I still think about that day when I work with customers and guests, even years later. Be authentic and honest, even if it doesn’t benefit you because it will the person you’re helping.
Give me Cadbury or Galaxy chocolate advent calendar any day ☺️, all they beauty advent calendar are usually really expensive and most of it I'd probably never need 😂 x
A good make up advent calendar is LH Cosmetics all full size and they put everything into a huge make up bag instead of a box that will be thrown away so yes they individually wrapped each full size product in tissue paper label with 1, 2, 3 & so forth...
I think we need more honest reviews in influencer communities since it's based on what the influencer says for if people buy the product or not. If brands want just good things said about their products thats when they go back to their tv ads and paid models.
I definitely appreciate honest reviews. In fact, over time I've developed favorite RUclipsrs because I've had similar experiences with the same products and have come to trust their reviews. You get to know who likes the same stuff you do, and that helps to get a preview on a product before you actually go out and spend money on it. With that said, I do like the idea of donating/passing on excess products to places that could use it, like teen centers or homeless shelters.
I absolutely melted when I saw your eye look today. It is stunning and goes so well with your complexion. I adore purples. Absolutely love this video too. That P. Louise calendar was really over the top wasn't it?
I can understand being grateful for a gift from a friend.
But brands get something out of that social contract. They can turn kindness into a profit at the expense of viewers.
ooof in the beginning of the video I thought you lost your mind for a sec😅 but I absolutely expect honest reviews from influencers, however there are VERY few who actually provide them. So many just make me roll my eyes🙄🙄🙄. Thanks for being one that does, and with tact to boot! Idk if this guy's vibe was for me but I do appreciate the honesty from him as well 🤷🏼♀️
You ask what people want? People want to complain. No matter what a public figure does, people will complain. Some complaints are valid, some are not. But people will ALWAYS complain. Death, taxes, and complaints are three assurances in life.
Absolutely
Apparently, some ordered and paid for this calendar and received notices that they will not be receiving it and they are only getting half the price back because they will receive one next year. The story on this brand just keeps getting worse.
I think there is a way to be both honest and tactful
The thing that blows me away is a TEAM of people thought it was ok to send out empty boxes. It’s not one person who made this decision. Also Robert thank you for being honest and up front with us. Like ‘keep it fix it dump it’ is a great series. I don’t want to be ‘influenced’ I’m here for reasons and explanations why products work or don’t work. I also don’t understand hard core stanning a brand…🤦🏻♀️
Luv,
The peanut 🥜 gallery 😂😂
I didn’t think he was that harsh. He just didn’t think it was worth 300.00.
That advent reminds me of the too face holiday collections a couple years ago. I saved for months to buy some of them and they were never worth it just like his review.
I've been properly scared into not buying any advent calendars, I watch the unboxings for entertainment! 💜🖤💜🖤
Some people just can’t deal with any form of disagreement with their view of the world. It’s easier for them to call the person they disagree with “hater”, “ungrateful”, “bigot”,.. than try to understand the other persons reasons for their point of view. King Harry is entitled to state his opinion, based on his experience of a product - he even said certain products might be okay for someone else.
The actual box is like the best I have seen from any advent
I love his honesty and I don’t think it was “too harsh”
My hubby got me the lookfantastic one this year so far ive been impressed, it also gives you a chance to try out different products, love it 🖤
I would like to know why there is such a difference in quality between US and UK calendars. UK Sephora looked great, Harrods pretty good, but US Sephora, Ulta, Macys, Bloomingdales cash grabs/
I pre-ordered the mini advent calendar in October. Was told I would receive it by 1 December multiple times when I commented on their tiktok. Didn’t receive a shipping email for a long time and then emailed them. The next day I get a notification that my item has been shipped. After a few weeks the tracking just stops and I find out that P Louise had put the WRONG address/ incomplete address in the product so now my product is lost and not even my local post office know where it is (assuming they actually sent me something. Probably an empty box!! ) It was suppose to be delivered by 5 December. I still don’t have anything ! This is disgusting. P Louise are scammers !!! Avoid at all costs.
People should stop the criticizing because the reviewer didn’t like the product. Seriously, plouise is a business not your friend. What he reviewed is a lot of money.
Honestly getting something gifted and giving the most bruttally honest review shows how much the content creator actually cares about the content they put out and any products they are showing
I'm on a chemo budget. I don't WANT an honest review, I NEED an honest review. Actually literally take notes 🤣
i agree with you that influencers should be honest, especially if they are gifted something. lying doesn't do any good to anyone except the brand lol. i do think harry was a bit harsh but at least he didn't sugarcoat it.
the only review I saw of this calendar was GLOWING so this is really surprising to me!
The guy literally said he loved like 5 products. He was saying it wasn’t up to par for P Louise. Although harsh, it’s actually a compliment to expect more than shii from the brand.
When I watch reviews of products I want the truth . Nobody wants to waste their money on bad products.
I've never been into advent calendars, too materialistic and I know I wouldn't use half of what is even in there. But I do love watching advent calendar dramas lmao.
I remember the one where they gave out stickers in it or something from a year or so ago lol
I think the chocolate ones sound like a much better choice for advent calendars.
Omg Robert, you’re cracking me up so much in this. “I’m not sitting at home making this RUclips video being like oh my God, I hope absolutely no one watches this video” and “…which is too much, you need to calm down.”😂😭
I agree with everything you said. PR is different from sponsorships. PR isn’t paid, but brands do consider it free advertising, but they can’t control the narrative on how their product is received. They do have the right to delete people off of their PR list, but I think from a consumer perspective, it reflects poorly on them that they can’t accept the good, bad and ugly. Sponsorships are paid, so brands do expect positive reviews, but as a consumer, we trust influencers to take up sponsorships of only brands they truly like, and it’s very clear those who are lying through their teeth and those who aren’t. When brands like Fab Fit Fun allow influencers to be honest even when sponsored, it makes them more trustworthy. Didn’t see anything wrong with King Harry’s review. Everything looked beige, brown and boring! I actually have never heard one positive review of P.Louise. Idk how it’s popular🤷♀️
I’m loving your new look Robert!!!
King Harry in the right, 100%. People who feel the need to die on the hill defending something/someone that will never know them with such energy and vitriol are a particular type of insecure. And this is coming from someone who did that very thing, yelled and died on that hill and made an ass of myself, only to realize later what a fool I'd been for such behavior and it comes from particular insecurities. Not always the same insecurities, but its insecurities none the less.
I think influencers should be authentic about products that is why we watch you you always give an honest review and reasons for your opinions fake people fake influencers whats the point ❤
This eyeshadow look is mega gorgeous 😍
Well I missed half of what u were sayin I was so mesmerized by ur eye makeup. Absolutely gorgeous ❤💙
Then there's me who had no idea about the P Louise brand 🤷♀️
I’ve only seen it with influencers - not seen it sold anywhere! I thought it was American cos I’ve never seen it here! 🇬🇧
Another RUclips creator opened this calendar and I loved it! Every full size product no samples etc
I got my first non chocolate advent calendar this year, but it was on the Trader Joes bath and body calendar and it was only $20 so its one of my gifts to myself (another is yalls new merch, i got a hoodie of yalls little faces peeking over a wall marcus built, thats the backstory ive given it😂) and ive been so good and waiting. Its only 12 days so im starting it on the 13th. I already know whats in it and i have Cyclic vomiting syndrome so i am a HUGE bath person😂😂
Enjoy your soothing baths! CVS sounds like a bitch.
I ordered a mystery box a month ago and they sent it with a huge pallete and juice box lip set (I was happy for £30) I also had the infamous paper saying highlighter was OOS (it was a mystery box so they could of added anything else 😂) I actually emailed them and they sent a response asking what I'd like in its place,I didn't respond quickly so I actually got a box FULL of stuff (£254 total) and also another emailing saying the highlighter wasn't in stock still and I could choose ANY other item so I actually did well and can't complain
I don't know about UK or EU but in USA, our FTC just issued new regulations that require influencers, specifically these were an update for influencers, not to lie when reviewing products gifted or sponsored. He included comments about products he likes. I respect his honesty. If i find out an influencer is lying about a good review bc product is gifted ir sponsored, I won't follow them any further.
I appreciate an honest review...good or not so good, and the reason why it's good or bad. That's why I watch you and James...no BS, just your honest opinions. ❤
The advent calendars I'm interested in, I can't afford, because I want good quality products! 😂 As for product reviews, I want them to be brutally honest reviews from people I trust, who know what they're talking about, like you. I don't get PR, if I want to try something, I have to pay for it myself. I want to be talked out of a bad purchase, or told it will be worth the money. I saw nothing wrong with the P. Louise advent calendar review. They strike me as a shady company, and if the quality is not there, it's not there. That's not the reviewer's fault. And finally, I love that purple eye look on you, and thanks for the heads up on your second channel!
I so enjoyed your honest opinion and how can people trust an influencer if every review is going to be a glowing endorsement. I would prefer influencer tell me their honest review.
I have never liked every product from one brand.
An influencer review was honest, but someone else might like all the products
Okay but your eye shadow is serving! That color makes your eyes pop.
King Harry's video did rub me the wrong way at first, HOWEVER. After rewatching it I did notice that most of the language that he used was personal. As in "*I* wouldn't reach reach for this pallet" or "*I* would never use it [highlighter] on myself." So it wasn't really bashing the brand or saying that all products are awful, more like "I spent $300 on this and will only use half of it, so if you are of the same opinion - don't waste your money"
This is first I’ve heard anyone having any issues with plouise
We really need to start having open conversations about this kind of thing.. I'm happy you made this video.
This whole thing with Halloween stuff coming out in August and Christmas stuff coming out in September/October, is ridiculous. It's with everything too, not Just makeup, and it's completely out of control. I went to 3 different stores to find Christmas PJs and a button up and casual Christmas shirt for my eldest son. They were sold out EVERYWHERE.
I think this opens up a conversation on materialism and consumerism. It's getting to this point where I had to drive 45 min out of the way to purchase a kids Christmas pj set (I had the option of 2) and a button up shirt in December because we feel the need to have very specific items for the holiday seasons. For me anyway, it becomes stressful. It's no longer fun. It's no longer enjoyable. What are we celebrating? The stuff we were able to buy? Or being with friends and family?
But we keep purchasing everything. So the bigger companies keep pushing it out earlier and earlier.
The other thing I'd like to say is these makeup companies are something else. I stopped purchasing from most places. I understand the whole pr package thing. At the same time, it's so wasteful leaving the everyday consumers to picking up the tab of what it cost to make, package, and ship those products as pr packaging. So is it really paying off? Or is the price of those pr packages being pushed off on someone else?
I don’t buy into a lot of what influencers recommend but I think it's a good thing when they’re honest, even if it's 'brutal'. Just because they may have gotten something for free doesn’t mean everyone else will. We have a right who deserves to be given our hard earned money, and I'd rather spend it on something good
What a gorgeous makeup, I couldn't pay attention to the video, just looking each details and wondering which eyeshadows you are using... hahahaha
The Phrase, "it's not what you say, it's how you say it." Comes to mind.
As a business owner I believe TikTok shop and I know for sure Etsy can sometimes hold your money until they see it’s tracking in the postal system or arrived to the customer. I think they wanted their money so they sent empty boxes in order to get paid from TikTok. Sometimes this can happen through your credit card processing company but this is more a TikTok shop and Etsy thing, so while yes they are paying for packaging that empty and shipping fees, they want the orders money released which is way more usually than the amount of shipping and packaging cost. It’s a way to cheat the system. I personally wouldn’t do that because lord if you upset someone online they are out to destroy your life and company and it’s not worth it. Obviously it’s also ethically and morally wrong as well
I want honesty. That’s what I watch for and that’s why I watch you.
I don't know if it's because the audience that buys make-up now is just more younger than previous generations but it feels like not alot of people appreciate the process of reviews. For example we all used to search a specific product we wanted like crazy and watch multiple RUclips reviews before buying, but now it's like that certain 'just be grateful I would die for PR' crowd don't want useful information to help them decide on buying a product. They're skipping the quality review part and heading straight to the gratification of buying and owning products for the sake of it or just because it's gone "VIRAL" and the FOMO.
I really enjoy the reviews of advent calendars done by Alexandria Ryan. She buys her own calendars and I feel is very fair about the products and the prices she reviewed this calendar, it maybe worth checking out.
Nooo, I just ordered something from them! I hadn’t heard of them before and didn’t know that they were shady. 😨
This bang honey….is everything!!!!!
I don't enjoy the reviews because it spoils the surprise, but you also need to have some sort of an idea what's inside to know if you want it or not.... so there's no good solution to that! The other thing is that they're usually really boring, because they have 24+ items to go through. I want enough of a review to know if it's good value and if I'll enjoy it. Also, sending them out in September was wild!
You can dislike a product and still be grateful to receive pr and have the chance to try the products. Being grateful for something and being a fan of something don’t have to go hand in hand with
I think I’m going to start following king harry. Because of his honest review. I feel that’s refreshing to hear. And he has a point. Just because he hates something doesn’t mean I’m going to hate it. I was like finally someone said it. Thats what I try to tell people
Them working with Mikayla was probably a good indicator of their business ethics
My husband & I have a business & what makes us better is to get unbiased reviews or from our employees and/or customers. Because without critic how do we improve or try a different approach.
I don't mind his review but I still want that calender, its gorgeous LMAO
Bruh, the owner commenting on Harry's tiktok and telling him to gift it to someone else who would actually like it is WILD. Like, that's if any sort of celebrity brand did that, people would be SCREAMING so many negative things and the brand probably would never recover from the scandal. And then P-Louise sending out empty boxes to people with picture of products they weren't going to received...Like, honey, that very well could have been an email and not pollute our planet even more.
It's honestly such a shame Miss Louise seems so shady and a 'high and mighty' type of person, as I've watch another channel called Alexandria Ryan do unboxing of P-Louise stuff so many times and everything she got in her monthly boxes look so cutely packaged. But I guess even the cutesy companies have very un-cute dark secrets...
Honesty is always best, especially why the person does/doesn't like the product
if the influencer lies, they are not doing their job!
I thought the p louise advent calendar looked very nice & worth the money because its all full size products & pallets (I personally didn't buy it nor use any p louise product before) but seeing whats inside it & the wat it looks I think its a great value. However, I do appreciate honesty. What he did here was being honest but he didn't have to sh*t all over it! I mean he can say thats not for me but it can work on this type or color of skin..
love Robert's look today 💜💜
I LOVE KING HARRY'S REVIEW! Everybody should be so honest.
I bet the people complaining that king Harry was “ungrateful and should of done a positive review” are the same exact people that were one of the first to blast Mikayla during “Lash gate” 🤦🏼♀️ we as a society are doomed. This whole situation is just as annoying as people that complain when someone doesn’t disclose a sponsored video, but then when some one does disclose it’s an add then it’s an issue and the influencer is just saying it for views and money. Mind blowing 🤯
Just discovered your videos and I really enjoy your content. Your eye makeup here is 😘👌
If they charge for shipping, technically if they ship a parcel with a lower weight they're still in a way making a profit. For it isn't the actually cost of what the customer paid for shipping its less so they would pocket the difference.
I had the huda calendar and honestly i did not feel it. It was filled with discontinued products and minis/testers
I think the difference between King Harry and yourself is a matter of style and experience. I believe that King Harry is of the age that everything has to be in absolute terms, black or white, no shades between. You on the other hand can give an honest critique in a more moderated tone that is to the point, but not devastatingly, absolutely blunt. But I 100% agree honesty is always the best policy, even if I prefer my honesty in a more measured tone. :)
I love King Harry haha Even if it is PR I would hope the influencer was brutally honest like him ❤
P. Louise fans don't intimidate me at all - they're recycled Too Faced stans that dipped after the brand got cancelled. Clearly suckers for cutesy packaging, lol.
11:34
Same girl same
P Louise send out empty boxes so they can show their orders as fulfilled, since the tracking number will show that a package was delivered! To inflate their sales records, because they’ll refund you then ask you to purchase again but it shows as 2 successful purchases on their system!
Ohhhhh!! That’s crazy’
Erm... thats fraud!!
I hadn't thought about this, but I think you're 100% right. Dodgy, to say the least.
Uh I don’t think that’s legal
Who do we report that to lmao
😳
The “he should be grateful” thing was crazy. Like wouldn’t it be crazy if he told his audience, who is likely much less well off than him, to buy a £300 beauty advent calendar?? He got it for FREE and it’s not worth that, imagine how he’d feel if he paid £300 for it? And how his audience would feel if they got it thinking it would be amazing? Especially if thats the one thing they decided to indulge on for themself of as a gift to someone they love.
100% this. My family is a single income family and while we aren't poor, I can't always afford to get myself the newest makeup especially if it's not a drug store brand. I appreciate honest reviews because I can't afford to just buy it and see if I like it, I have to have a decent idea that I will like it before I can justify to myself spending the money.

His full review praised some things, too, so it's a genuinely solid review. If reviews MUST be positive, then it's not a review.
If it's actually a "positive review" transaction, then brands need to contact ahead of time and get the person's consent in a contract to exchange a positive review for the product. Otherwise, expecting something on the backend is extortion. Brands aren't humans and don't need pity, if they can't manage their bottom line, that's not my problem. Consumers ARE real people with bills to pay and need reality checks, it's a public service.
Seriously... And he was criticizing the fact that he didn't believe all the products lived up to his expectations of the brand, so it's not like he got on the PR list just to blast it because he hated the brand. He clearly doesn't. So you'd think other fans of the brand would appreciate the fact that he's trying to warn them to not blindly buy it expecting a certain quality. Fans of the brand should take it to mean, don't spend a ton of money on this, you can get other products from this brand with all that money
Bro yeah I got to that part and they said that I’m like bro what??
The empty box one is insane 😂😂, and letme tell you the disappointment when you expect the product to see a sold out paper notice 😂😂
You're right. A lot of online company's ship more air than product. All that waste of diesel.
If they were trying to justify they send some sort of coupon or whatever even then it would fit in an envelope 😅. The box is not only so bad for environment and cost but just a total tease!
Can you imagine the people who had to put these in the boxes? Lol
@@JamJam9386 Oh God, you're right. Ugh, hope it wasn't on a Monday, they're bad enough 🤔
they’re trolling at this point
I’d think that it’s safe to assume King Harry was definitely grateful to be on such pr lists, but was reviewing it with the expectation of quality from a 300£ product and not with the expectations of quality from a free one (In other words, he made an unbiased review); not everyone is going to get it for free, and he was simply giving his opinion on whether his viewers might be disappointed if they had spent 300 quid on it. An honest review with the price in mind is NOT ungratefulness. Asking an influencer to practically lie about products they receive is ridiculous.
he also gave credit when it was due! it's undoubtedly cool, but his subscribers aren't gonna get it for free!
haven’t watched all the video yet and forgot who the new king of england is so i literally thought it was the actual king reviewing makeup 😭😂
@@aud2d2 Me too... I actually was scrubbing through the video like "King Harry reviews makeup on youtube????" until your comment it hadn't even hit me that William is the King to be... and not even yet...
Imagine if he did lie and a lot of people bought it because of that positive review, and then they'd all be furious because he made them spend a lot of money on chalky blushes and bronzer, and shimmers that don't shimmer ..
King Harry's review made me realize that all of the reviews I saw that were raving about it, never actually swatched or used the products. They were just like, "Wow it's full sized!!" As to an opinion about it, I feel tbh that it's ok for an influencer to not like something and just not post, if anything they could even tell the brand, "hey I had an issue with ___ and ____ so I think it's best I don't post it". But if they do post it, I want honesty. With all that said I don't want someone to just rub it on their finger and say "it's chalky". I want them to swatch it, try it, and so on. Especially if they're gonna be "brutally honest". I feel like a review of so many products just doesn't fit a quick tiktok style.
You should at least be fair to a brand that gave you $300 in gift and really give it the time in a video like youtube. So if he's only on tiktok (I dont know) they should've known better.
“I’m a Disney adult I can’t disrespect anyone” 😂
Oh Robert you are a joy to the world
We love a humble king 😂
Ah, a grounded Disney fan, we love to see it lol.
