I'm using this Ewon Cozy 131 router after being used by tech support and when setting up Talk2M I get an error Error t2m-Talk2M access denied. Yes, you should remove it from the old Talk2M account before adding it to the new account. If u dont remember your old account, you can ask ur provider to help you to reset the device.
you can try to reconfig the "Talk2M Connectivity validation" and check what kind of problem cause the VPN function failed. IF the problem still occurred, I suggest u ask ur seller for help. In HMS's Rules, they have responsibility to solve ur problem.
