I'm from Florida been on boats my whole life and i can tell you this right now 90% of people west palm south shouldn't own anything on the water.
Nothing wrong with winching up the boat if you're new. I did that when I was new and wasn't comfortable with driving up. Just gotta get out there and get more experience. Now I drive up and load no problem.
Some ramps don't allow the Captain to "Power Load" as you described. I do it most of the time, it helps. Captain Keith, Tight lines
I’m sure no one on that boat has a boater registration card. 79th street boat ramp is a comedy show of googans. I live on the Treasure Coast and we can spot the weekend warrior boaters from Miami in a second.

Getting the boat on the trailer was a hoot. My question is the how the hell do they think it is good idea to tow that boat with Jeep Gladiator? If you can afford a NauticStar get a slip or a real tow vehicle.
I think they were afraid of backing the trailer too far into the water and not being able to get back out.
Just let that Waverunner grind up and down on the cement dock

I was a first timer,,,,,when I was 10...
He is going to lose 15 lbs over the boating season with all that winching.....slow but valid way to get it on the trailer. I am worried that he did not get the boat all the way forward on the trailer because of this method.

How come the first boat had no registration numbers on the side, new with bottom paint or stolen?
Documented vessels don't display registration numbers. I'm guessing that this is a new boat though, not documented, they haven't put the numbers on yet.

I can tell you for newbies it’s already nerve wracking launching and retrieving a boat and knowing they are being filmed for the world to see just makes things worse in my opinion. Everyone has to be a newbie at some point the advantage most of us non newbies have is that we learned when there was no social media to shame us at every turn so we had the time to really learn what to do. I really feel it for newbies now because there screwups are remembered for life for the world to see. 🫣🤦♂️
