my HP laptop is having a 90B error which it stated to be the cooling fan
the problem is that the fan isnt clogged its clean (i cleaned it anyway just to be sure) but it still wont spin
i tried replacing it with brand new fan and it still wont spin i keep getting the 90B
i checked the bios and the fan is enabled (IDK why is there an option to disable it but its there) so IDK how to fix this can you pls help?

I have a issue, mine is badly overheating, normally it sits at 60C while having a few chome tabs open, just daily stuff, but any full load on the CPU, like playing a roblox game, it'll right away get up too 103C or higher, I've not cleanned out the fan but I don't believe it'll make much of a driffence, what could be the issue?

@@khcomputers Like I said in the main comment, it overheats badly when the CPU is getting fully used for example when playing a roblox game it'll shoot up to 103c or 104c near the 105c limit on the CPU
