So basically you need to be from the USA Canada or Mexico and 13+ years old for USA and Canada and 18+ years old for Mexico to sign up for it On day 1 there's a turf war ladder which lasts for 4 hours if you get top 16 you qualify for day 2 On day 2 you play two bo5's if you win both of them you qualify for top 4 which is what is shown in this video
Having played the series for like 3500 hours the songs get tuned out for the most part. I know they’re there, but I ignore them entirely so it doesn’t bother me
