I don't understand how he attached Yubel with Nightmare Pain on the field and still managed to decide which monster he wanted to attack, doesn't pain say that the opponent must attack yubel monsters ?
Fortress protects Ancient Gear from targeting and card effects. Also your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to the Ancient Gear's effects.
@@reyniersamaniego9085 yeah but keep in mind, fortress only protect AG monster at the turn it summoned, but thats usually enough since AG is quite reliable 2nd turn otk currently

@@bgbbff I'd argue the opposite. I'ts reasonable to speed up the video a bit in editing, if it's too fast you can slow it down or pause it instead.
