I am a crafter and I can DIY a lot of different items. I literally ended up eloping because of this. We just tied the knot in August but we are a family of 5 and launched two small businesses this year so everything is tight but he still wants a real wedding before the year is out so I am on the fence.
Try dollar tree? Alot of these flowers can be purchased cheap as fake flowers. The candles and candle holders too and the plates. The most expensive items seem to be the tables if you dont have them

They seem to be drawer organizers that she painted yellow. I’m so glad to see someone did that, as I was considering that very thing!! Amazon and Staples both sell them :)

I did all the decor. The cupcakes and cake were purchased by my favorite cake last.
