Gateman's red pagdi is totally an outdated thing out there in Indian Railways , I dont know why they have not changed it yet . Yeah it affects the professionalism . They must make changes in the uniforms of Staffs of Group 'D' . They are equally an integral part of the Indian Railways . I have seen many employee unsatisfied by their uniforms . Nice GM out there appreciating the staffs , Thank Indian Railways .
