This build basically had everything ready and finalised for the RTM of Windows 7, including the logon background and the default themes. The only thing left to change was the beta fish, which would become the default Harmony wallpaper in July that year and officially finalised in the RTM.
@@tetrisliam8225 Usually what would happen in very early builds of the next operating system is that they will fork a late development build of the predecessor, although very early builds of the next operating system can be unstable. This one here, Build 7100 (Windows 7 RC) along with the server counterpart (Server 2008 R2 RC) is stable compared to Build 7700.
