@@akisns21 yes it was. if I'm not mistaken the only car that had a v10 was the Torro Rosso because they couldn't secure a v8 in time but the rpm was restricted.

​@@vickramgangaram2925actually that detuned V10 deal was meant to be used by Minardi before they sold to Red Bull. So they were technically allowed to use that special permission anyway
