I mean, it's logical for 2handed weapon, you'll likely end up with too much ATK using double STR acc.
Double STR acc most likely will benefit 1h weapon users more.

Ya true, 1H like mech can get extra fppen or fpdmg bonus from shield. Linen might be less effective vs 2 str acc.
