I have that exact same Baliplus Revolution clone and I kind of felt the same way when I got it. I couldn't tell if I loved it or hated it. Slightly shorter than average handles and blade but, mine weighs in at 5.1g! I generally like titanium handles but, the ones on the Revolution are polished so, if your hands start to sweat at all, it gets very slippery. Especially when you factor in the weight. But, there's something about it that I just really like. I love flipping mine. Handle biased but, you get used to that. It's just a very unique balisong that I'm very glad I have in my collection. The concave faces of the handles also give you a surprising amount of grip when doing tricks. It's almost like having another channel on the front and back. Too bad there's no speed channel to even out the weight and give you something to grab onto on the outsides of the handles.
Do you think the canyon would be a good beater? Ordered the live blade a few weeks ago and don’t want to fuck up my triton or kraken cause they’re aluminum
You could definitely beat a canyon and it would be fine. I wouldn't be too worried about dropping your kraken on concrete either because they're made of 7075 aluminum and can definitely take a beating, krakens are built like tanks.
do you lube your beater? i love my beater ngl but i dont lube my beater and just flip it dry. it has a good amount of tap and play but i do not mind it, tbh.
G10 isnt fiberglass "reinforced" nor a polymer, its fiberglass. It's made almost identically to CF except it uses woven glass instead of woven graphite. The material that a lot of people call "silver twill carbon fiber" is really just glass fibers woven in the same pattern commonly used in carbon fiber.
Uff , hard to look at this. 😮
Ty for the test!
This lowkey hurts me deeply
mad respect from making this vid
“This beater is more reliable than some of my friends” is a bar 🔥🔥

I love your videos so much i subed
hey man, respect for dropping ur balis, btw do you oil ur blade, like the blade only? because mine develops rust spots after a few hours...
It depends on the humidity of the area I'm in and what type if steel. Usually I don't have to
8:16 okay we need to do a scientific study on how to throw a balisong bc that was sick

I’ll probably get some rep clone. Also tune your atropos!! I think the msgumiho thing handles are essentially ldy vixen clones

I don't, but only because it's an atropos and I'd prefer them dry. Go check out my previous video for an overview of what to lube and what not to
00:15 why is there a cooking pot on your deck in the top left?
To keep you on your toes
I wish I had a blaze balisong
