The more you talk about ADP, the more it's #1 on my watchlist. All the metrics are very impressive and tough to find a better dividend growth company, they are in the top tier for sure!
At 8:06 in the video you mention that the booklet for download is "a smaller version" of what is available for members. Are you referring to "Mike's Buy List" which is available to members? PS. I am a DSR member.
Hello Gary, I referred to the newsletters I wrote in December of 2024 with my favorite stocks for each sector :-). You can find them in the newsletter section :-)
Have you looked at the CGI recently on the cad market? They are starting their dividend growth program and are amazing with their metrics too. Great Montreal based company!
Well, I have Su and PPL so … I like everything! The chart looks good over 5 years, it’s 10 years ago that’s the problem. I think a big drop in oil, they are a drilling company, so they got shut down. But the PE revenue, net income, roe, dividend growth look pretty good to me! Saw it over on mountain finance; she often looks at small cap stuff.
@@kevinfinley8275 they increased their dividend only twice in the past 10 years. It's been a while that the company doesn't fit in my strategy. It doesn't mean it's a good or bad investment, it's just that I'm not interested :-).
@@DividendGuy what i found interesting was that they had incredible sales growth starting in the depression, says something about peoples buying habits, even when they have no money
I like ADP and MA. If I’m thinking ten years or longer timeframe, and that’s how I think, then to me PEP might be a great deal here. I like it. I would rather buy V over MA but not with the legal issues.
I guess we'll have to see! I have the impression that MA is overvalued since their IPO.. hahaha! JNJ, LMT and PEP are definitely great dividend growers :-)

My only regret was not to buy it earlier! haha!
Any thoughts on ASML?

Adding to PEP
My to buy list
CB - FDX - QSR - ATD - PEP
Interesting list :-)

It will be on my list to look at it later this year for sure!
AMD is looking great on s&p ..
Semiconductors will get lots of love going forward :-).
rollins actually is looking very interesting
Somebody's been watching Ryne Williams😂
I start a position in Pepsi and will keep going in 2025.
Hopefully it will bounce back :-)
@@DividendGuyfor a long time I drink 1 diet Pepsi each day. Now I ‘ll take two. It will go up !!
I’m looking at PHX right now. Thinking of switching from NFX to PHX
You like small caps :-) What happened to it in the past 5 years? the stock got destroyed!

@@DividendGuyanother small cap I like: LUG; bought it at $10; saw it at Sven Carlin.
Thoughts on rogers?
I'm not a big fan of stocks that don't increase their dividends ;-) So that would be a no for me. But that's because I focus on dividend growers.
they took on a ton of debt to buy shaw, then more to buy the sports section of BCE

How about Telus and td..?
I think both will be in the penalty box for a while. I closely monitor Telus cash flow!
@DividendGuy I follow you thoroughly.. 👍
possibly hershey was listening to the acquired podcast on hershey and mars
I haven't listen to the podcast yet, but I'm excited to!!!

i had pep for 2 years 😢 lost big
Yeah... it hasn't been a good period for Pepsi. It definitely tests investors' patience!
One of my favorite stocks, Stantec, is down 12% and I would think this is a buy opportunity. I don’t see any miss in their earnings?
Ah! I won't say it's part of next week's video but...

I have V in my portfolio since 2017. Today, I'm tempted to shift over to MA but in the end, they are both amazing companies :-).
@ Flip a coin.😂
In your 'Story to advertise this video...there was an American flag in the top left corner. You are Canadian.....
I know I’m Canadian. The 3 stocks I talked about in this video are US.
@@DividendGuy Gotcha!
i like those stocks - but ADP and MA - are overvalued (at least 15%, for my risk taste)!
at these levels, i'd rather JNJ, LMT, plus PEP
I guess we'll have to see! I have the impression that MA is overvalued since their IPO.. hahaha! JNJ, LMT and PEP are definitely great dividend growers :-)
pepsi kroger rollins tfi shw
I almost added SHW to this video :-)
I like JNJ also, pe is 23.5 and growing dividends for years. Big increase in net income last year
Why not buy XLP rather than Pepsi, it has better growth potential and diversified than PEP.
Why would you compare a stock vs an etf? Those are two different investment strategies. I’m not going into the eternal stock vs etf debate 😉
@ I know both are different. Buying XLP gives you slightly lower yield but better growth and you can sleep at night like a baby😀
@@Northern_Squirrel I already sleep like a baby ;-) I prefer a full position in COST and no Altria in my portfolio ;-)
PEPSI INNN>
NNN is a very solid REIT :-)
