- A brand NEW event and limited game mode just dropped, and I'm here to guide you on the recent changes in the game featuring buffs to the KS-23 shotgun! This patch also includes some weird and wacky skins into the game, featuring the favourite stick skin for light!

I like the glitch change!.. 10 seconds can feel like an eternity when you're fighting for your life lol
Yeah it's like that thing where when you're 1hp waiting to regen it feels like a lifetime praying in a corner or something hahaha

@@I-OMusic it does on shields and domes. i think it should do that for turrets too maybe, but the bounce is nice to do some trick shots, get it into tight spots etc
@@rehhouari dude terret is an ability of medium and you want to nullify it with a simple assist grenade 💩
Hiding the UI whilst going over the patch notes for buffs and changes is an amazing idea. I like the way you show a little icon too for what exactly changes in the corner, such as rate of fire etc etc, it gives a great overview of what has changed whilst you also show it off for yourself :)

Ayy thank you, yeah I don't really like trying to max the algorithm out like that trying to pull the most views, just because it's not a great visual for you guys watching. I shouldn't say that because one day I'd love to earn income from YT so I can have more free time to make more videos etc, but I just want to give a better experience from the go, hence why I put some effort into these update videos now :)

I honestly think all the classes are pretty balanced. I see a lot of people mention that they are out of whack, but it all seems fair to me. I can get kills with any class and be killed with any class. It's really about skill, creativity, and communicating with your team.
Before the updates or now?
Yeah I really like this comment, highlight the last points 10x. Creativity is so under-used in this game, and in my guides where I come up with alternative/creative approaches, it really shines because people just aren't used to these strats. I think skill like aim is actually near the bottom of importance, yeah it helps but once you pair up creativity with a team (communicating) you will start to see these KDA players struggle a lot more.
@drillhq I haven't played today but all throughout the games life so far I've felt satisfied with the classes. The only thing I haven't liked was the light + invisibility Meta but it's definitely balanced out.
@@wilfredhopsin4840 Yeah I agree , I only really had a problem with healing beam but most guns felt viable in the right hands

Great vid on the patchnotes and new store items. I really enjoyed the high-res no hud gameplay. It made it 10 times more cinematic, and thanks for giving all the cosmetics a look in the range. Yeah I love it, I actually play without the hud casually (not ranked etc lol) but it makes for a great viewing experience to the viewer too :)

Nah man, this is just me having years of experience with editing, people can easily beat my quality, it's not fully about that, you can have great videos regardless of what others do. As long as you're enjoying making the videos, then that's the most important. Working out how to SHARE that enjoyment is the next stage and it takes a lot of time, learning trial and error, keep it up you're doing well with the resources you have! :)

The 1887 is definitely the best gun in the game just wish it was a smidgen stronger, just a tiny bit
Yeah I really love that weapon, it's definitely inconsistent but the positives of using it for me outweigh the negatives :D

Disappointed they didn't fix the audio issues, i've been unable to communicate with people in game for a while now. It sometimes works but 90% of the time i can't hear people or they can't hear me.
Wait really? That's weird, and you ofc see it saying "in-game voice chat enabled" in the first menu right?... hmm.. maybe contact support they are pretty good with responses but idk if it's a global thing or not
@@THiiXY All settings are enabled and always comes up with in game voice chat enabled but only works when it wants. I'll contact them to let them know.

I've waited so long for a unique revolver, theres a lot of revolver legendaries but none of them felt special without different animations
I replied but I think YT is being weird, I was gonna say I agree because we've had skins like the snub revolver etc, but this is finally a cool "out of the norm" type skin, and the inspect animation is sick lol

Fcar deserve that nerf as speaking statistically, in Ranked, like 90% use Fcar when using Medium
Or maybe buff other gun? But still Fcar is tbh strongest gun out of all Role, so nerv is preferably
And for light, is same like Fcar, as u see Light in high rank, they 100% using Invisible, they need somehow buff other ability or nerf invisible

Yep! No crosshairs or overlay, I actually like playing with a very low crosshair opacity when I play normally, so I’m kinda used to it, even when playing with it off for a video :)
Gotta be a different breed to do that lol aiming in this game is hard enough for me as it is . I did notice your crosshairs were minimal in the display of the heavy’s shotgun. May try it out too
I think it's just a mind thing, I tend to focus more when I can't see the crosshair as much, but I might go back to increasing it again in the future

Nope! In the patch notes basically at lower levels it's easier to level up, but at higher levels it's harder :)
Anyone else get a bunch of battle pass levels for free just happened to me and have no idea why
Oh it’s because they lowered the threshold at lower levels, and increased it at higher levels so a lot of people got a boost haha

yooo, sorry yeah I'm making a full video on comparing the SA VS the KS, I have to kind of blend speed with uploading videos (as other YTbers will just do it instantly, then no one will watch mine) over quality to make mine a bit more unique and worth watching, should have mentioned it mb.

I used to stream when I played cod for money, a couple years back, never made any tips videos though, but scheduling time slots with other streamers was a thing back then ,when I was involved with a stream team,but yeah l can sorta relate to what ur saying, especially when certain days and time slots garnered more views and subsequent subs if you connected with the community, keep grinding. The finals has a nice corner of the market, I been seeing an influx of brand new players , yesterday in particular I came across six new players playing their first couple games yesterday, so I like the attention this game just started getting, kinda glad embark extended the beta to season 1 got the game in a good spot, then started marketing, it shows they care about the game, and are in it for the long haul, not just one two years and make new finals, and you and ottr are always on the finals home page for RUclips so you gotta be doing something right. Much love, I always appreciate criticism rather than it always being positive, but you're right I should have shown that change in gameplay wise. Yeah THE FINALS has brought a lot of nostalgia back to those COD/Battlefield days to some of us to exactly as you mentioned, the slow growth over time for players to realise how great this game is (overall). Really hoped for some ranked progress display updates, maybe they will follow in the patch after easter. Can't wait to try the KS again.
Yeah I think that will come either later in the week with a mini-patch or will come in the patch notes for next week, just to basically display some indication of progress
Thank you for the efforts you put in these update recap videos. Other channels are basically discovering / reading the patchnotes and add no value to it, I can do that on my own.
But I like having a showcase of the changes like that with nice graphics.
Also no stuttering or no annoying overly enjoyed voice is a plus. Nice BGM too.

Omggg I was OBSESSED with the Slug shot gun, now I’m gonna be addicted holy shit, I was using it as a sniper counter I’m nit joking this was a serious gift from the sponsors for me
Ahaha yeah it's really a blast, especially with the destruction as well, I really like that it's only 3 shells now instead to break things
@@THiiXY shhhhh, not a lotta people know yet, the arena damage this produces is off the charts I think cranes are a 4 shot , great to deny snipers some sort of high ground roof panels are one tap to an extent I think walls are a bit more but this is a great weapon prior to buff looking forward to Finishing my coffee and jumping on to check out the new , newness. Embark is a breath of fresh air.
Hey you catch how the glitch grenades pop if they hit your teammates shield or bubble, maybe if you make a video I that you’ll be first to expose the issue, I didn’t see anyone else drop information about the glitch nads going off if they hit a friendly shield, it’s a big problem when countering enemy tanks from behind your blues
These changes just make it more difficult for controller players usually
Yeah that's something I was thinking about, like when they make the recoil more difficult what it's going to be like for controller players... Hopefully it's not too bad?
More medium nerfs. Glad I’ve been playing other games.
I do feel like the FCAR was quite strong though, I do agree that medium has been having a hard time lately but the FCAR was one thing that is a nice change, not too much of an over-nerf from them, just slightly harder to control recoil and range nerf

FAMAS is still the worst of the three medium ARs.
Yeah for sure, it's fun to use casually now and then but still is pretty distant apart from the others, I think it's mostly to do with the range of the weapon, being burst etc it doesn't offer what the FCAR/AKM has,

Yeah I was thinking longer range damage buffs or something because instead of most weapons being one bullet, we are bursting so the game doesn't really compensate for that

yeah i think glitch is still the strongest gadget in the game by far but its good that it wont feel like insta fight lose always when your full team gets hit by one
100% as I was saying in a reply, when you're down on health/effects etc, in game it feels 10x longer than what it actually is haha, a good change I like it

I don't get why they nerf light, when light is barely viable even with bugged gateways. Embark continues to disappoint on the balancing, they desperately need to push light class in ranked, but i guess they dont want to.
Hmmm, I haven't played ranked as much lately as I'm working on videos, typically my real grind starts later on, do they not have many lights in tournaments? Also I thought it would increase because light can do pretty well in team scenarios now, at least better than S1.
@@THiiXY Last patch I would say that there was about 1-2 lights each game, but i think the 2 main reasons were strong glitch nades, and the very strong gateway. I reckon there will be less now because both the glitch nade and the gateway were nerfed. I truly think they should buff light hp to 200, so they dont have to rely on bugged gadgets to find relevance.
Nerf to glitch will not do much. M11 and the MP5 are so strong.
You mostly use the glitch when your team is engaging/fighting and you throw it in to destroy their defence and hopefully wipe them with your team.
Light is a harder role to play, definitely not for babies.

For real, sometimes I don't appreciate the graphical side of the game, focusing on balance, cosmetics, ranked, guides etc etc.
