- In this new series I am taking a look at the full discography of David Bowie (both live and studio albums). Starting wit his first album I am going to review his entire catalogue and try to notice changes, developments and see what a chronological listen of his music does with the experience.
In this video I am taking a closer listen to David Bowie’s Hunky Dory. His 1971 album that contains songs like Changes, Life On Mars?, Quicksand, Queen Bitch and The Bewlay Brothers.

you are so correct....a masterpiece!!
One of my favourite albums.
Undisputanly a great album. Also - for me - the go to album to introduce somebody to Bowie's discography, since it is quite accessible.
One of the best albums of all time. I first listened to that 30 something years ago and a few smokes in, when the Bewley brothers finished I remember sitting there for a few minutes not realising it had. Spellbinding.
Awesome! That specific song is also just amazing!
Simply love this album. I fave my 80ties German Repress above the 2015 Parlophone, which sounds less engaging at some point.
Beautiful review.
Thank you!
Life On Mars? my favorite song ever
Brilliant song!
Quick sand is awesome
