Also if you look at your tee piece it has a spring and ball bearing on the upstream ( non return valve) so run your line with the tee from boost to actuator with arrow pointing to the actuator and centre of tee run to bottom of boost controller so top outlet vents there for not allowing the waste gate to open ,hope that helps.

Yeah on Foxbody's there's something called a vacuum tree so I used put the Boost controller vac on the tree and it works okay. Thanks @Lorenzo long and @Barnz Martin

Mate you totally hooked that up wrong brother the top outlet on the controller is to vent ,as not to over pressure the waste gate
He blew his engine couple days later due to hooking it up wrong

that top part of controller isa vent so y did u hook it up to wastegate? is it different for internal wastegate?

Tariq Rahaman put the line thats supposed to be on the turbo onto the intake manifold.
Before or after throttle body and does the manual boost controller connect to a boost gauge also
