My personal finds are a 1917 issue Artillery Brunton Transit, that still functions, and a Civil Defense Brodie type helmet issued to my Great Granfldfather, a Civil Defense Air Observer, Air Raid Marshall during WW II. Painted white before they were issued. I've a few other items I've picked up over the years, but those two I predominantly display at home. My wife's Great Uncle was killed in WW I, and we still have the certificate of appreciation/acknowledgement of sacrifice, the State of Colorado sent the family in 1919.
Estate, flea market and now yard Sale…!!! You’re a machine. Happy anniversary and keep up the great work. Can’t wait for the ‘greatest trades, straight up’ video…because I’m sure you have that one planned. Best content for those of us who collect. We appreciate you!!!
My greatest yard sale finds are a 1944 Packboard with complete original lashing rope and a 1925 Tula Finnish Capture Dragoon and a 1945 dated Boyt M1945 cargo pack prototype. Oh and a 1960's dated Nam era stretcher that I paid $10 for.
Great deal on the beautiful mosin and helmet, axe..the grenade from what I know is Chinese repro copy of post ww2 rfx practice pineapple. Usually blue in color. On authentic originals, the bottom hole would be beveled and only the older style fuse would thread in. That goes for all original authentic pineapple, rfx practice pineapple and lemon grenades. The newer style fuses only fit authentic baseball and repro baseball, rfx lemon and rfx pineapple. The fuses have a different size thread and a extra safety wire clip "usually missing"for securing the lever /spoon in case the pin pulls out accidentally. The spoons are no longer curved but angled. Sorry for not being to technical with the model names..lol
Funny how value follows culture. These items would be worth just about nothing (except the rifle) in Denmark. You should visit - you could make a fortune😀
my best flea market find yet was Mein kampf, Ewiges Deutschland 1939, Selbstgezogene Grenzen and 2 RAD Cap badges for 50 bucks (42 bucks for the 2 RAD badges in mint condition)... i am a collector of the german military from 1871-1999 , Prussian army and soviet army... man those books are full of propaganda, but hey for 8 bucks i just had to take em... i am going to a flea market tomorow, looking for a "german" flag if you know what i mean (not just the political flag but also those "little" banners from the different things like SS, RAD, HJ, etc. and ofcourse a imperial german flag or banner, as i would love to replace my repro one with a original piece as i mark the different collecting rooms i have with their flag... currently have a denazified NSDAP flag for the 3rd reich stuff in horrible condition... ), EK 2 1914 ( i only have the ribbon from my great great grandfather who was a Pioneer of the 246th regiment in the first World war with the EK2), side caps and M42 Fieldcaps, Wehrmacht Mountain troups insignia for my unissued M44 Fieldcap, bajonettes, a knights cross of the iron cross (never seen a original in person before, but hey you can always dream i guess), a original Kriegs verdienstkreuz first class with the swords and a EK1 1939 Wiederholungs spange, as a sidepiece for the SA Beltbuckle of Gustav Krugenberg that i own.... i will prb not find a single thing of those but i can always look i guess...
Awesome video. Happy anniversary to you both, and I wish you many more blessed years to come

Graphex large format cameras typically go for at least a couple hundred dollars and to find one like that for that price was a total steal.

Darn, only cool military item I got at a flea market was a us navy SP helmet liner.
