Polaris Off Road Vehicles
Whether it's for utility or recreation, Polaris has a complete lineup of the hardest working, smoothest riding ORVs that let our riders go anywhere and do anything.
Can't wait for the next one as the owner of a 1000 premium with winter prep package.
Nice video. I just purchased the Ranger 1000 but not you have me kinda wishing I purchased the XP. Oh well. Thanks for explaining the difference.
Picking up my 1000 premium Saturday and I can't wait 😁
Thanks! I know now I made the right choice with my Ranger 1000.
bought a ranger 1000 premium, use it mainly for work. putting in & taking out trail markers. it's all i need great unit
workhorse💪
This is interesting, I've never heard of a Dual Cam up until now, to me it seems nice
Very good informative video. Buying the 1000 EPS and prefer the low-end torque.
One thing I would love to see is information on aftermarket modifications for the engines if available. ie - adding some aftermarket performance boosts.
You helped me make a decision on which one to go with. Great info that can be difficult to find elsewhere. Well presented and makes excellent use of YT. How about adding the Sportsman? Keep it up!!!
You should show the differences between the standard and highlifter gearcases. You could also show how turf mode works.
thanks for the feedback👊
great over view comparison
Front diff is different. Would like to hear more about that.
I have never heard this before!
Good coverage, RZR highlifter guy here but considering highlifter ranger! How does it compare engine wise to each??
Those videos are way better when pat is alone and is explaining technical stuff. The other dude s like : what a cam do? Wtf
Can one do a head swap...put a dual cam head over the same block as a single cam?
I wish someone would mention that the regular SOHC 1000 is geared 13% higher. Which explains why the XP is able to turn 29-in tires and the SOHC comes with 25-in tires. Not one of three dealers had a clue about this until I dug into it.....
decent info!
just started selling these for polaris
Love it guys thank you
👊👊👊
I love it keep it up . More about Rzr
what is the differens from the ranger to the general motor
Nice review, thanks.
I think a video on turf mode would be great, especially since some say it's a weak point.
Thanks for the feedback, Neil! We will keep this in mind.
It is ONLY a weak point for the idiots.
Every XP units(sportsman, razor, ranger etc) has the same motor??
Do an episode on greasing drive train
Looks like you need to check the toe in on that xp. Looks toed out in the video.
0:48 knew it
🙏❤💯 🏍
You didn't say any thing about the cabs and windows ,or heating and cooling , and cost at all the different levels.
Frames are different.
Yeah but the kinetic has way more hp and torque than either of them. When is the crew version of kinetic coming out?
( facepalm)
💩
Come on Guys, anyone who would be interested in the video knows what the engine components are and how they work.
Got my 23 xp 1000 camo ordered
Anyone have a link for setting the valve timing for the single over head cam? Cant find it anywhere
