..and here I thought his performance on The Singer 2017 was great. Dimash just never, ever fails or disappoints. I believe he held that note for 15 seconds, which is nothing for Dimash to do. If you really want to be amazed, React to Sinful Passion. He held that note for 23 seconds which included a run and riffs. In Stranger, it was for 19 seconds. As for modulation, that is to be expected from Dimash. It is simply a matter of knowing when it will occur. Dimash is also the master of "pause & effect." The way he hesitates at the beginning of some songs makes me hold my breath waiting for that first note. I still get chills every time I listen to Ikanaide...especially when he hums at the end, and there is that pause making you wait for what is next.
