I have to disagree, Biden is his patient and a human. The provider has to follow patient doctor privacy. Now if something illegal was done then yes the doctor has to report to the proper place and not on social media or mainstream media. These laws goes for everyone, no matter how famous the patient is , providers need to respect a patient's privacy.
It isn't the doctors fault if the party doesn't see the issues happening or if the patient refuses to listen on recommendations. Now if a court orders the medical documents for a certain reason then the doctor has to disclose what is asked.

Trump did NOT LIE. Every now and then he exaggerated a bit and glossed over a bit, but he didn't lie once! He remained calm the whole time, which was a great achievement given the waterfall of lies coming out of Biden's mouth. I wouldn't have been able to do that. It was unbearable.

JB is a person who I feel confident can't get dressed independently, can't do personal care, can't take care of his bathroom needs, can't cut up his food and go through a meal independently, can't figure out how to enter and exit a room independently, isn't safe to maneuver stairs - he is a classic dementia patient whose disease at this point is progressing quickly. I said in another post, my guess is vascular dementia?? As a nurse, have seen pretty much everything. JB's wife needs to be confronted and evaluated by professionals regarding why she's allowing this to happen in the public eye.
As a physician, I agree wholeheartedly. I think it’s psychomotor dysfunction. The Neurologists can eventually hammer out a more specific diagnosis. But one thing I know is that this never gets better. It’s impossible. The decline is evident. How fast his condition deteriorates remains a mystery. But he cannot be our President today, tomorrow and for the next 4 1/2 yrs

That was a horrific moment. It showed us that Jill is used to viewing Joe as a child. As the widow of a man who had dementia, I understand why that is. But at least I ensured my husband was getting the appropriate care, and strove to protect his safety and dignity.
The really sad thing was the look on his face. It was the look a small child gets when they know they are going to get ice cream for being a good boy.

I was born and raised in Democratic Kennedy MA. I have lost all trust in the Democrats Party. Actually began to realize something was wrong when Trump started talking about making America Great Again in 2015. I am a boomer scientist so kept researching political things for first time in my life. It happened on my generations watch. We watched JFK get assonated and wondered why. We watched the Vietnam War explode under President Johnson. We watched America slip slowly into CIA autocracy even as President Nixon was forced out of office as we grew up. We watched 80s rock emerge as counter couture movement for global peace. We watched globalist Bill Clinton push for “free trade with Communist China” as all the Fortune 500 and Dow danced’ to his music. We watched as millions of illegal I migrants crossed CA border to work illegally on CA farmlands granted rights under efforts of Caesar Chavez. Then the forever wars started up again just like Vietnam. I have lived my entire adult life in the USA enduring global forever wars.
Yet I am blessed to remember the mid 60s with all Americans praying for end to forever wars, end to American CIA trying to regulate and control countries all around the world. All in the name of “Democracy”. I am so tired of hearing the far left forces in the USA crying about saving Democracy while they secretly want to tear down democracy to control the entire world using autocratic government. Finally….I live in CA so have watched very closely since 1983 when my plane landed in ‘Democratic’ Sacramento.
America has collapsed a bit every day of my life since JFK was assonated. I was only 8 years old when JFK was assonated. Yet I remember how much he loved America and was willing to die for America. Just like a brassy New Yorker we all know. JFK never desired to be King just as DJT has never desired to be King. They were willing to die to save our Constitution and our freedoms.

Actually Chris Matthews, “illegal people” can get Medicare. I’m a physician working in an area with a large Hispanic population. The majority were insured thru work comp but a not insignificant percentage of “illegal people” had Medicare coverage while at the same time presenting a Mexican government issued ID card (one actually was pushing for early treatment so he could get back to Mexico).We had up to three translators on deck to aid communication. There is a difference in policy and practice and Trump is not lying.
Agree, I know that for a fact, my housekeeper who I employed 10 years ago was illegal went to the University hospital and got medical treatment for free and I worked in a community healthcare clinic and 20-30% were illegals, with the “Gold Card.”

20 years ago my husband had a heart attack, after watching him go into cardiac arrest, the team got him stabilized and into surgery. I went down to the finance office to fill out paperwork with my very good insurance. They advised me my co-pay was around $5,000 this was just the first day in hospital and they wanted payment that day. I watched 6 non-English speaking people get assistance with filing out their paperwork to get free care….

One time an “undocumented” alien with no insurance came to us unsatisfied with previous care at another facility demanding non emergency treatment. We tracked down his original healthcare provider and transferred him back. He complained to California’s DPH that we were discriminating based on race. We had to jump through a lot of hoops to prove otherwise.

Watching this is precisely like the people I work with in Long Term Care with many different diseases causing dementia. I'll sit with them, sometimes for twenty minutes, and we have wonderful conversations. I remember the media talking heads at CNN and MSNBC were all pushing the stuttering issue as an excuse in 2020. I know so many people that fell for it and would parrot what they were told. I know what is happening to Biden because I saw it happen to my own father two years ago. Biden, poor man, is in his final decline. There is nothing anyone can do about it and whether he has a few years left or a few months, he is dying. To anyone with basic human compassion, that is sad.
Once we realised that there was nothing left that we could do for dad (but still held out hope - because you don't give up, you just can't), we rallied around and were just there for him so that he could leave his life behind him with dignity. Dignity.

I went back and watched the democratic debate in 2019 years hence all 10 candidates were on the stage. I was shocked to hear Kamala, who is vastly different in her delivery of speeches (not nearly as much word salad as the last 3ish years. However the biggest thing I’ve noticed is almost ALL of the extreme things that we’ve seen Biden introducing during his presidency have been her talking points. She wanted to enact executive power to take AR-15 and AK-47 away. Bidens response to her was that you can’t do that because we have a constitution to follow.

Before he was elected I listened to him speak I knew that he had dementia, that helped me decide who to vote for, Trump.
I am a retired nurse I spent half my career in dementia care and cared for my father and grandmother who suffered from dementia.
I saw it as well, I work in the medical field you see it all the time. 🤷🏻♀
Not a nurse but have done home health and hospice for 25 yrs. The signs are obvious. My father had Picks Disease. Have cared for many different forms of dementia and senility.
