Does the rip software have a split image option to create bigger prints?? I'm interested in getting this machine but would like to know if it's possible to split image into 2 to create 1 large image??
You can buy DTF printer of film roller version, the printing width is limited to 30~33cm, but the printing length is limitless.
What have you changed to the printer to print dtf?
HI, my name is Donna Hernandez, and for some season my printer dose not print out the white in the back of the image I tried the power ink flushing, the nozzle check and the head cleaning. what could you recommend?
Can you pull ink out from the back? How many days did you leave it no use?

What is the recommended temperature to set our heat presses for procolored dtf film?
Heat press 160℃ and 15s for ironing cloth flat; 160℃ and 45s for print transfering.
I dont see the red hat press on your site now. is that discontinued? Also, Can you let me know the dimension of the oven? I need to make sure it will fit my stand
The red hat press has not listed on the website yet, still in progress. The oven is 65cm * 36cm *12cm
I just bought mine and each time I go to print I hit rip and it prints half way then it stops and says error unknown print.what am I ding wrong. PLEASE HELP ME😢
Check whether it image size exceed the canvas size in the RIP software. It could be other reason, so tell me which machine you are using.
Excuse my ignorance please. What is a3 or a4? What size images can you print on this DTF?
A4 means the film sheet used on this DTF printer is A4 size (21cm x 29.7cm)

If anyone can please help me figure out why all my prints always have a black square in the back id really appreciate it.
Prints images amazing but only in square format. Where do I go to fix this issue? All my prints have a black square in the back. Shouldn’t I be able to print letters and circles ect? Everything’s is square pls help!!!!
Do you mean your all your prints have a black background? Have you tried a PNG image with transparent background?
You should have left out the black on the back. You didn’t need that big square around your design.
Yes, I should print a pattern with transparent background.
Where is your air filtertration device connected to the heater so that you're not breathing in toxic fumes?
The new oven has a built-in air filter.

Our L1800 printer is recommended. And we are developing an A4 printer of roller version, probably coming up to the market on 2024 March, that would also be recommended for startups.@@FreddyPrays

I’ve had my Procolored Printer for less than 6 months and the manufacturer is saying I already need to replace the printhead.

We have air filter in the curing oven and you can wear a mask when operating.
mine isnt printing at all. Not even doing the test print. No ink is coming out
