    Answer is "a" (second option)
    Area of 1 cube face = [6 (a ÷ 4)² ] ÷ 6
    which becomes a² ÷ 16
    Then since Perimeter is just length² simply take the square root:
    sqrt (length²) = sqrt (a² ÷ 16)
    length = a ÷ 4
    Then Perimeter × 4 = (a ÷ 4) × 4 = a

      @J7Handle 2 года назад

      @@TheMoonManBGk no, SAT is not about graduating from high school. It’s about demonstrating level of ability, mostly for the purposes of getting accepted into a University. The difficulties of questions range from very easy to very hard in order to distinguish poor, medium, and high levels of ability from each other. This is among the easiest SAT questions, so only getting questions like these correct would put test takers in the bottom 10% of all test takers.
      If I recall correctly, when I took the SAT, the questions were ordered so that the easiest questions were first. The primary difficulty with questions like the one in the video was primarily about quickly reading, understanding, and answering these questions so as not to run out of time on the harder questions. Paranoia leads a test taker to repeatedly check their answers, but this would waste too much time because the SAT is highly time constrained.

    Why do the 4 cancel out each other?

    • @fireblossom9618
      @fireblossom9618 2 года назад +1

      4 multiplied by a/4 can be written as 4a/4
      4a/4 can be broken down to to a(4/4)
      4/4 is equal to 1
      1 multiplied by a is equal to a so the 4's have disappeared (cancelled out)

      @@michaelkimmm not really, indian education system gives emphasis on theoretical knowledge rather than practical. Jee advanced is 2nd toughest engineering exam after gaokao because of high number of applicants. In other countries, there is less population, thus less competition and thus less difficulty. It is true that IITians become ceo of big companies but the founder of those companies are mainly MITians (USA) because they are given practical knowledge more.

      @@michaelkimmm also, in jee advanced, rank/marks decide your stream (cs, mechanical, civil etc) even if you love a stream you have to opt the stream according to your marks. Whereas in mit, if you get admission in mit, despite of any rank you can opt for any stream you want. Also, what is the point of asking rotational mechanics( hardest chapter during jee preparation) from a person who wants to opt for computer science? Or organic chemistry from mechanical?
