I really appreciate you, Dr Berg. When I've mentioned to a couple of my friends how a video of yours gave me the information I needed to remove my debilitating sense of overwhelm, they told me, "Oh, that guy's info has been debunked!" Well, I'm sorry, but I tried absolutely everything else I knew (earlier this year) to get back to normal and nothing worked (holiday, sleep, increased fruit and veg, more exercise, etc.) until I randomly happened upon your video that lists something like 18 physical symptoms (cracked heels, chapped lips, that kind of thing) and what they mean you could be lacking.
From that video I identified that I may be lacking B1, B2, and Zinc, so I rushed out and bought nutritional yeast and zinc supplements, and the mammoth ovewhelm I had been feeling for months was gone in a day! I'm obviously pre-menopausal and notice that my stress levels can be off the charts from the simplest of things, more than ever before in my life, and I've noticed that I sometimes feel literally sick in my stomach from the stress of things that previously were water off a duck's back to me.
So now I shove B1 down my neck like it's going out of fashion - nutritional yeast, fortified breakfast cereal, Marmite, and also a multivitamin (that contains B1 & B2 among the rest) plus a zinc tablet - and it helps me enormously to keep my head above water. I also drink a lemon drink with magnesium added. If I don't do all this, the overwhelm comes back and hits me like a brick within a day or two.
And now after watching this video above, I'll be adding even more leafy greens for the potassium and magnesium.
Thank you so much for helping me.
    My best wishes,
    Lisa

How did you found out you have breast cancer. Because I did my physical in March where I did a mammogram I came back with dense tissue in my left breast, then I did an ultrasound for my breast, then a biopsy under my left arm they said everything was ok.I was referred to a breast doctor that checked my breast because a that time the same left breast nipple was itching me so I squeezed it and there was this milk looking coming out I told the breast doctor he looked at it said I shouldn't squeeze it anymore he referred me to a dermatologist also now a breast surgeon I saw the breast surgeon in July of this year he squeezed my nipple tested milk looking substance on some machine then told me I'm ok I should just come back and do my regular check up next year, 2 days ago ago I felt my right breast nipple itching now the milk looking substance is coming from both breast, I'm so worried, stressed out because we now in August I did the last test on July 18 and the doctor said said everything was ok so what could be causing this in my breast I know I stopped breastfeeding last November so there shouldn't be any milk in my breast still I'm so worried and confused so I made an appointment to see the doctor at Jamaica hospital in Queens on Wednesday 31st of August 2022 please pray for me.

Well I stopped doing mammograms long time ago. If i had two that’s all. Heard the mammogram which is an ex-ray can cause cancer too. Also if you have a tumor the flattening of the boob during mammogram can cause the tumor to burst and spread the cancer cells all over. I would ask only for sonogram which is harmless and noninvasive. Not sure why they still keep using ex-rays on the breast. Makes no sense. Eat good diet and things like grapefruit or drink lemon water daily with ginger it’s a good anti cancer drink. And absolutely no sugar. Cancer loves sugar. Make sure your D3 levels are up as your immunity can’t function with low levels. We all have cancers cells but it’s your immune system that fights them. So work on your immunity mainly so the body has a strong defense mechanism.

The only way EMF can hurt you is psychosomatically and this is indeed a problem for a LOT of people. Thinking that EMF is compromising your health can raise stress levels which then causes the kinds of symptoms you describe. Maybe a monitor job causes you depression causing overeating or other unhealthy habits. There's a million simpler explanations than the direct influence of EMF on the human body.
I've always been a tech nerd. I've had multi-monitor setups even as a kid when they were still CRT ones. RIght now I'm nestled between a plethora of electronic devices, in an apartment with tens of other working routers in range. I live here and I even work from here. This would be so useful! I remember my mother being heaviest and the most unhealthy at the point where our family budget was the most stretched.
Ramen, potatoes, pasta, are all cheap and filling. It takes a lot of organic leafy greens to fill up, and quality proteins and while grains cost more.

Thanks a lot for speaking about this topic. I have Cushing disease and there's not much information about it or people taking about it. @@thegoodnews6682 Hello! I was diagnosed with Cushing disease last year through several lab tests and also magnetic resonance (in this case high levels of cortisol are because of a tumor in the pituitary gland). I went through transsphenoidal surgery, but they couldn't remove the tumor, so they treated me with radiosurgery

A couple of insights on this:
    When I went thru USMC
    Bootcamp back in the mid-90s...
I went in weighing a solid lean 170lbs.
    At the end of Bootcamp
    some three months later...
I had lost over 20lbs and it wasn't fat.
It was hard-won muscle that I had lost
and mostly from my glutes & quads
due to the high chronic stress
    that is the bootcamp environment.
    And perhaps an even
    more severe example:
    I remember those commercials
from the 1980s with Sally Struthers
advocating on behalf of impoverished children
in Ethiopia and other developing countries
that depicted many of the malnourished children
having distended bellies but extremely thin legs
and glutes apparently due to chronic stress.

The distended belly (especially if coupled with sparse, light brown hair) may also be a symptom of a poor diet with too little protein.

    • @williamodd
      @williamodd Год назад +2

The distended belly in those starving children is from something else. It’s called kwashiorkor. It derives from extreme malnutrition. It causes a distending of the belly, fatty liver and a host of other problems.

exercise moderately, work a job that entails you to work outside to get fresh air and sunshine, eat a Ketogenic diet or go even further eat an organic carnivore diet, fast and get plenty of sleep(which I think is the most important in preventing uncontrollable cortisol levels)
