For anyone who hasn't watched it, basically Blondie, Tuco and Angel are in a three way duel where the last man standing would claim the gold. Blondie shoots Angel and Tuco discovers that his gun wasn't loaded and is humiliated. They then search the graves and find the gold. Seems to fit perfectly with these lyrics.

One amazing band, covering another equally talented and yet completely differently band, to create something beautiful. I too prefer the original version, but you cannot deny that what Mumford and Sons did with it is truly fantastic.
