I agree with you that Javed Bashir range is not at par with RFAK, NFAK and Abu Mohammad bros. There are few sage qawwali artists in Pakistan Sabri Bros and others who were even above all artists. I have just listened to “Six months in Kansas”, with due apologies as I ain’t no expert but as a listener this song seemed rushed and somehow, I felt that all signers were competing with each other instead of supporting each other. After watching this song, it brought up my long held belief that more than two lead singers ought be singing either only in a choir or qawwali format and each artist needs to be given a space to perform and show what it got. Just saying. again. 🙏🙏🙏 .

Maybe an acquired taste but am always curious to hear what others think of it
