Thank you! Finally! A bucket hat pattern that fits my larger head! I tried, unsuccessfully, to make bucket hats, from RUclipsrs that we're winging it. I really appreciate the detailed, step by step instructions. The project took less than a day. I'll have to make the striped one next!

I like this tips Mikey. I’ve always hated that join that leaves a space. Thank you I’m trying that. I believe I saw someone do something like a sc on top of another sc to make the dc instead of the ch3 . Not sure but I believe it was Marly bird on her cocoa shell afghan. I have doing other projects now so I have check lately. ❤️

Yes, just use the UK Equivalent to the stitch.
I have a size 5 hook and size 4 yarn and my motif came out at 3 inches!!
