When you put people in cities/villages you curtail their self-sufficiency and make them dependent on the government. When these people live in government housing, they are completely dependent and vulnerable; the government will do whatever it wants because it's dealing with sheep, not humans. Come to Vienna and see how the people here don't even have a right to pick a flower in the city because all land belongs to the government. Let's keep in mind this thing of putting people in public housing was introduced during colonial times; they removed people from their farms and put them in the so called villages where the huts were constructed in a lineal way such that when you stand on one end you could look through one the windows and see through all windows to the end. In such artificial settlements hunger becomes a reality, because now people must depend on the government to buy food😢.
