it all started with watching 906 outdoors , it was an episode of old deer camps. I love listening to the stories from the older hunters, their traditions, their faces light up etc. since then I've been a fan of the UP area. I never knew how vast it is. Yes it was. Been going 38yrs in a row. One yr it was cancelled - the pandemic cancelled it once but other than that we don’t miss it
