Thanks for comment, mine actually did come with new adapt clutch but I have been waiting for the right weights for our elevation so I was running the old team clutch, got to put miles on both and compare them so not such a bad thing. Also the '22 early release sleds still came with the old clutch.
Nice video, did you have to go lighter on the weight or heavier with oem spring?(if that's what you used) I'm thinking about upgrading my clutch to the adapt if I don't snowcheck anything new this year..
How’s the downhill performance with it, hang up at all? On some really steep descents the previous team clutch hangs up rediculous my bad and won’t engage, locks track up, makes things way sketchier than they should be
Its smoother for sure, doesn't bang near as hard. Has really good hold back and if you touch the brake and then the throttle rather then just the throttle it engages alot smother.
Trev I have the same sled (154 hyper green) with the adapt clutch stock from the dealer after the first few rides I noticed that at elevation above 5500 feet I could barley pull 7300 rpm. If I dropped down in elevation it would come back to life and pull 8300. Went to a heavier front primary spring and new belt which helped. New to clutching sleds and think there more I can do. Any suggestions.
@@Trevsleds would you go with adjustable weights? I ride everything from 3000 up to 8000 feet. Never had a problem with the team clutch (other than blowing it up) on my 21 or 20.
People this guy needs to be part of the black cats
Would be a Dream come true !
Nice riding, Trev. Learn a lot watching you go for it.
Good to hear🤘
U hell of a good rider Trevor 👏 hope the sexy orange cat is awesome for ya
Thanks! She's been a beast so far.
Great riding man!
🤘🤘
I thought the new 22 comes with the adapt clutch. Awesome riding by the way!

Lighter on the weights, about 61 gram flyweights seems to work really good at 6000 feet, and 62 gram for 3000
Thanks!

Awesome to hear, I’m thinking I’m gonna go that route on my alpha turbo

I'm thinking your weights are to heavy you will need the 6-8000 feet weights, should be around 60-61gram.

You definitely could do that, i have Dalton adjustable weights and was having an issue holding rpm so I went to stock weights.
@@Trevsleds the stocks weights helped? There's definitely an issue with the clutch and holding RPM. Have you tried different springs?
Is it just me or does it seem it doesnt pull as hard? How did you find it? Maybe snow conditions?
Yeah, I was only pulling 7800-7900 rpm I had the wrong weights in the clutch. I explain about it at the end of the video
@@Trevsleds ooopsies rewatched it haha
